I recently completed an NLP course online and wanted to share some heartfelt feedback.

The course was exceptionally well-structured, in-depth in its content, yet never overwhelming. Each technique was explained with clarity and precision, and the pacing throughout felt just right, allowing enough time to absorb and integrate new concepts before moving forward.

One of the most powerful aspects of the course was how it created a genuinely safe space for everyone. There were moments where participants were naturally exposed to their own vulnerability, yet the environment was handled with such care and sensitivity that each person felt supported in opening up. These moments were not avoided; they were met with grace, offering each of us the opportunity to face our fears and doubts head-on, and to move through them. It was challenging, but in the most encouraging and empowering way.

The examples used throughout were excellent, clear, relatable, and easy to understand, which greatly aided comprehension of more complex concepts. The grouping and coupling of participants was also thoughtfully managed, giving everyone the opportunity to work with different people across various exercises. This diversity of interaction enriched the experience considerably. And although the group had mix of online and offline participants, the chemistry worked well.

Finally, while the course offered a comprehensive overview of NLP, what stood out was how it was simultaneously tailored to address the expectations and needs gathered from participants prior to the course. That pre-course attentiveness translated into a learning experience that felt both thorough and personally relevant.

Overall, this was a transformative experience, I highly recommend it. Thank you Nidhie Di and Manisha Di, for your compassionate approach to NLP.

The best decision I ever made was attending the 5-day NLP workshop. It completely changed my perspective on life, my thought process, my personal life, and my decision-making — everything got an upgrade 😉

Those were truly some of the best 5 days of my life. Both of you superstars helped me break so many beliefs that had been weighing on my mind for such a long time, and I realized they were not serving me well at all.

I feel so much more at ease in everything now. For me, disassociation worked like magic — I am connected with all my loved ones, but not attached in an unhealthy way anymore ☺️

You super girls 🧒 are just too too good. I thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days spent with you all and I am happy to know that I am remembered each time any of you recite the “Hanuman Chalisa” 😊 and that was so thoughtfully coined by you.

On a serious note, I have taken home with me a few things that have been very well ingrained in my subconscious like the body telling me what to do and what not to do (yes and no) the other thing is being disassociated at times in my actions and seeing from a distance. Also when I get stuck I am able to see what past anchoring is causing this.

Every person comes in your life for some reason, this is my strong belief. So am blessed that you came in my life and bought these three lovely girls too.

In 5 days NLP workshop with Nidhie and Manisha mam, I learnt about various techniques like how to overcome limiting belief, and changing unwanted behaviour or feelings into a resourceful desired outcome. The one on one session exercises really helped. That’s what made my experience so amazing. Thank you key to you for making my life easier.

When I joined the NLP workshop, I had no idea what NLP was all about or what to expect. I joined the in-person workshop held in Delhi at the nudging of a friend. I was awestruck as the concepts unfolded over five days. In addition to what I learnt and experienced through NLP exercises from the facilitators - Nidhie and Manisha - interactions with all the participants truly added to the experience and knowledge. I met amazing people from different ages, professions, and background stories. The facilitators created an environment of non-judgment, openness, and mutual respect. Moments of spontaneity, light-hearted laughs, lunch conversations, and the space to practise NLP on each other - I couldn't possibly have imagined all of this when I decided to join the workshop. I now apply the learnings on a daily basis in my personal and professional life, and I already see some positive shift. I am truly grateful for that shift, for my friend's nudging to attend this workshop, and for the whole experience at the workshop.

Nidhie and Manisha - two best people that happened in my life. I kept postponing for couple of years to do NLP Basic... But had to do when I met them personally in another event. So the processes that they used or the practices are so deep and it works at the subconscious level and everyday i see some change and breaking up from within. This is something everyone must do - these are not taught in schools - wish it is included it in school curriculum too. All the best Nidhie and Manisha - Keep up the great work. Basics of NLP was a 5-day in person program that I joined last minute! What stood out for me was the devotion and dedication with both the facilitators, Nidhie and Manisha. The intent of offering techniques to participants and equipping them to lead their life with greater joy was evident. I loved the gentle nudges, non-judgemental space and above all the emotional commitment that came across through little gestures of the facilitators. I recently attended the in person workshop of the Basics of NLP that was held by Key to You in Delhi. I attended my first Basics of NLP workshop with them in Feb/March 2019 and have gone back to revise the concepts and revisit the techniques so many times, that by now I have lost count of the number times I’ve attended the same program with them! Each time there is so much to learn and I have been completely engrossed and engaged despite the repetition! Thank you for yet another enriching experience! Nidhi and Manni have helped change my understanding of the world. I can see the world through a new pair of eyes. A very transformative experience. The NLP techniques infused with their in depth knowledge of psychology and beautiful story telling skills create an enriching workshop.
