Absolutely fantastic. My order arrived on time. The order itself was actually wrong. However I phoned and the service I received was fantastic. They sorted everything out with the hour and the right order was sent out and delivered the next day. The meat is fantastic all arrived fully frozen and packaged well. 100% would recommend. Quick delivery, food has been great a real taste experience and a fun activity over lockdown. Food itself is a great price, however you need to order a lot in order to get a decent discount on delivery - more than the average carnivore can fit in their fridge!

I ordered some exotic meat from Kezie for my Dad's birthday. I ordered on a Friday for delivery on a Tuesday. Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the delivery and the meat arrived defrosted and a day late. However, the Kezie customer service was excellent, they kept me updated with the delivery situation and offered me a full refund or replacement once they knew the meat was defrosted. I would definitely order from again.

I ordered Kangaroo sausages from Kezie which were excellent - what also impressed me is that they dispatched next day, and although there was a problem with their delivery agent, they kept in contact with me to make sure my package was delivered and did everything within their control to help me out. Customer service was excellent!

Staff very helpful and delivery slots very quick. Unfortunately our delivery was sent to wrong address however company rectified this immediately and have sent out a replacement.

Steak was made up of 3 bits 1 bit on show and two small bits underneath to make up the weight. Also very tough and dry I cook my steaks rare

Goods all are of a fine quality, well tasting, very lean. and well portioned.
Delivery came one day late, nothing was spoiled and all was still as if refrigerated. Would have been acceptably, however I received a phone call a day or two after from Kezies. They wanted to confirm the delivery was made well and after apologising for the late delivery asked about any wasted food items and the quality of the meats. They did not need to do this, But I am very happy that they chase up orders like this and I have no doubt they would be willing to handle any loss of goods in some way or another.

I have ordered twice a selection of exotic meats and have been very pleased with the quality Buffalo striplion/ Zebra fillet/Rose tenderloin veal all cooked as advised and made lovely meals . Although I had an issue with my second order due to delivery service and not Kezie . Kezie were extremely helpful and sorted this out for me immediately and without any hesitation.

Really good quality meat products. Fantastically fast delivery too, and meat delivered in a very well temperature protected shipping box. Will definately be buying from here again.

Fast and efficient delivery, not tried everything yet but what I have had was the Quality I would expect, will definitely be using again and recommending to my friends Looking forward to some different meals and interesting tastes

I love the food Kezie supply and will order again. All the individually packaged, one or two fillets per pack, Sausages 6 per pack and burgers two per pack etc., are great.
My one criticism and is their bulk purchases. Which I will not be ordering again.I love pigeon breasts especially in a salad so I ordered a kilo which were reasonably priced. However when they arrived I found they are not individually frozen as you would expect. A bag of chicken breasts you would find as individual portions in a bag of 6 for example. As there are 14 to 16 pigeon breasts in a solid pack this means I cannot use them for my husband and I. As we are only just leaving lock down it will be some time before we can use them as there is enough for 7 to 8 people. I will therefor continue to order infrequently rather than monthly as I had hoped.
