I ordered a part from KGA with their 1 day delivery (minor extra cost).
I missed their Friday cut off so expected it for the Tuesday. Evri their courier messaged to say they were expecting a parcel. by Wednesday still not arrived. so to be fair it could have been there courier the parcel arrived today Friday a week later than ordered. However they get 1 star because, their customer services is non-existent. There is no Telephone contact number that works. I sent 3 emails and even messaged them on Facebook, not one response.
Such a shame that in this day and age some companies don't focus on customer service more than anything it build trust in the service offered. This is the one thing that has put me off using them again.
I guess I wont be getting my additional charge for faster delivery back.

Scam Artists,

We ordered a replacement part for a fridge that did not fit. It did not get used as we could see visually that it would not fit into a fridge freezer, but we had already broken down the box at this stage so we returned it in a different box with bubble wrap and not the original wrapping, the seller is now trying to accuse us of damaging and using the item which is not true and it’s being very rude in the process, I expect a full refund and would not recommend anybody by it from these people in the future as they are trying to work their way out of having to refund us or after already having to spend nearly €15 on the return label

I ordered a spare part and paid for next day postage, my part then took over a week to arrive.
I’m a reasonable man and I understand there are delays, but that is ridiculous, especially when I was given no explanation whatsoever and my three messages asking for an update and a refund on the postage were completely ignored.
The only communication I had at any point was a request for a review, so here it is, KGA Supplies are thieving and useless, the parts are good quality but there’s plenty of suppliers who’ll give the same quality without dishonestly taking your money, mucking you around & ignoring all attempts at communication.

AVOID.

I've sent many emails through their main website and through the request for a review robot email I was sent to ask if there is any problem with my order and I've been ignored it's been almost a month. No one has responded. I'm waiting for a response

Product ordered was top quality and delivery was spot on.

Good price. Good customer service.
Although the tool did not initially work, after persevering on several occasions, we finally managed to succeed in removing the glass and were able to change the bulb.

Dualit toaster element arrived swiftly and I feel was very good value for money to keep my 25 year old precious toaster functioning.

Good price, good product and fast delivery. Recommended!
