I have ordered 2 shirts order no. 164151 wrong size shirts received. Diwali time possible human error I wrote and got reply to resend by post I sent 2nd November till now no ack or no action not even had courtesy to reply I PSID money to my shirts 2 no's
Do not care about buyers. Poor service.

This company is making us phool. Order and dispatch does not match. Don't pay advance to them. Go for COD and pay after proper check.

The exact same thing happened to me as did to others. They are cheats. They sent me wrong size and when I asked them for exchange they asked me to send it back on my own personal expense. Total frauds as there exchange policy says that reverse pickup is available for exchange. They are cheats guys beware of these khankudi pigs

I dont have an option to put 0 . There nos is switched off most of the times . I have ordered a shirt which didnt matched the quality then i returned for an exchange . My Money is gone and no exchange happened till now even after so many follow ups . Please
no one use this website to order a product . The kind of follow up which I had to do I dont want otgers to b doing same .1 thing i dont understand for few bugs of money they r ready to loose customer's trust .

Khankudi is a fraud company !! Before purchase try to reach customercare number, always switched off & we won't responce through email also. But, if u order something & not confirmed then somebody from that fraud company will call for confirmation !!

Avoid this brand. You mostly would receive the wrong product and no return.

Very unprofessional.
Unfortunately,I bought a shirt from their website and the L sized shirt seemed more like an M/S size. The customer care number/whatsapp number they provide are all fake and don't connect you to anyone. I promptly requested for a replacement via email this time. First they didn't care to reply,then I sent an additional mail. This time they replied and said they would not be arranging pick-up (in Today's day and age Wow) and I have to send the package back to them by myself, and and when I asked for a format with their proper address, they didn't care to reply back. I eventually decided that rather than going through any more trouble, I'll gift this shirt to an S sized friend of mine instead.

Overall,my experience was totally unpleasant with them and I would advise everyone to stay clear from this unprofessional apparel selling platform 🙏🏻

This is totally fraud going on here , i wonder Y this page is still active and scaming the public , I ordered M TSHIRT and they send me XXL size , no option to exchange and refund ,their number is switchoff and no email , have complain in consumer court , dont recommed to single person , LOOT MACHI HEY LOOT

Don't buy anything from this site Khankudi, their Contact number is not working, not replying on emails, exchange and refund is not possible with Khankudi. T-shirts material is of very cheap quality and the rates are too high.. they don't deserve a single star .
