Superb experience!!
Having ordered an 1800w or heater bar I received very fast. Unfortunately the unit was faulty. I immediately emailed Kiasa, spoke to the lovely Ava, explained the issue and was offered a refund or replacement.
I took the replacement, free return for faulty unit.
The new unit was perfect, worked flawlessly and connected to my smart home eco system without any issues.
The heat output from the unit was amazing and transformed the room. The controls via the remote or the Tuya app are very intuitive.
For those wondering does integrate nicely with Home Assistant, using the Tuya local integration.
Great company pleasure to deal with.

Sent a damaged panel, effectively told I'm wrong
Firstly I want to praise Ava - she caught a mistake with incompatible stand legs and got in contact before delivery to rectify the issue. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
However, the experience after delivery was poor. The panel arrived with mounting brackets clearly scratched up and warped as if someone had already mounted it.
Then we noticed a 40cm scratch down the front of the panel.
I emailed customer support (with Photo proof!!) and requested either a new panel be send or partial refund (as the panel does heat well still the damage is cosmetic) and the agent this time apologised and told me that the warehouse had double checked it before sending and confirmed it was a new panel. Nice, I'm clearly wrong then, I'll just ignore the damage.
So...
A) Either FedEx have taken up a new hobby of mounting IR panels before delivery.
B) The warehouse team was wrong and Kiasa felt the need to believe them over customer proof.
Either way, the reply telling me I was effectively wrong and the panel was new despite the photos to show otherwise is sub-optimal customer service. I dont really care what Kiasa's internal processes say, my eyes tell me otherwise and I paid for it.
So no, given that it's freezing cold at the moment and the panel is to warm a room with a new puppy. I'm not going to return the panel and wait for your receipt of the old one to have you then dispatch another.
Kiasa, you messed up and want to pass all the inconvenience on to me. So I'll take the financial hit and keep the panel but it'll be my last order with you. We've ordered panels for every other room before, they were great and you were our go-to for modern heating. Next time I'll pay more and try Herschel.

We are genuinely sorry that the panel arrived in a condition you were not happy with. That is never the experience we want anyone to have, especially when you were relying on it to keep your home warm for a new puppy. We have two young furry friends at home so, we understand how important it is to keep them warm.
We would like to clarify something important, as it seems there has been a misunderstanding. At no point did we intend to suggest that you were “wrong” or that your photos were not being taken seriously. When we confirmed with the warehouse that the unit was dispatched as new, this was simply to understand where the damage may have occurred, not to dispute what you had received.
As soon as you contacted us, we offered to resolve this in the correct way, either by sending a replacement panel or issuing a refund. That offer remains open. We also tried to reach you again, but unfortunately we did not receive a response, so we were unable to proceed with the replacement or refund on your behalf.
We fully understand why you didn’t want to be without heating while waiting for a swap, particularly in winter and we genuinely regret that this situation caused frustration.
However, we never intended to pass the inconvenience onto you, and we would still very much like the chance to make this right.
If you are willing, please do reach out to us so we can arrange either a replacement or an appropriate refund based on your preference. Our goal has always been for you to feel looked after especially as a returning customer who has trusted Kiasa before.

Excellent service and product!
Ordering from Kiasa Heating was so easy. I rang as I wanted more information about the Infrared ceiling panel was the right one for my suspended ceiling. I spoke with a lovely lady who was incredibly helpful and a joy to chat with. It makes such a difference to speak to someone rather than chatting online with AI!

I ordered 3 Kiasa far infrared picture panels
I ordered 3 Kiasa far infrared picture panels. Delivery was super quick, and the panels are easy to install. They are nice and light, so I could mount them on a picture rail and direct onto the wall using the supplied fixings. The heater panels come with a fantastic remote control power supply. This was easy to setup with my smartphone, and I can set the thermostat, turn on/off, set a schedule. view current temp - all remotely.
I bought the picture panels - and they look great on the walls.
The heat comes on instantly so quickly warms the bathroom, lounge and bedroom.
The customer service were very helpful and sorted out my 3 year guarantee - hopefully not needed.

A great eco replacement for our home
Great products, good prices and really quick delivery. We bought infrared panels as we have an old Rayburn which is messy, costly and a pain to run. These heaters give a lovely consistent warmth and are much more eco conscious! The only reason for four stars and not five is that we’ve yet to master the programming which has proved a little more tricky than we thought. But I’m sure we’ll figure it out.
