The entire process was easy. The website is easy to use, with clear details of the kit specifications and add ons available. Throughout the entire process, from ordering to delivery, there was swift, professional and friendly communication from the team who answered any questions and supported in any way possible. They even added in a pin badge as the kit was for my son’s birthday. The kits are so well priced for amazing quality; we have returned to KFK for further orders and will continue to do so! I am incredibly my impressed with KidsFootballKit!

Have ordered here a few times for my 8 year old son, previous experiences where absolutely perfect and no need to contact customer service. This time I ordered three kits. There was some issues with one of the kits. The other two kits where absolutely perfect. Grace from the customer service team was able to respond to me via email and sort it out kindly and quickly. Have to say the kits are good and great prices. The customer service is top notch and is greatly appreciated.

I ordered 3 personalised full USA home World Cup kits for my children aged between 6 and 12 years old. The kits arrived within the estimated shipping window, the quality is great (including the personalisation and badges) and the price was reasonable, which is great for parents given how quickly kids grow out of clothing! The customer service is also very prompt and helpful in responding to queries. I will definitely order from them again.

I had been searching for a kids size Spurs kit for my 5 year old grandson’s birthday. He specifically said he wanted a blue kit. I was delighted to find KidsFootballKit. co.uk on Google - the site offered a broad selection of kits and I spotted a Blue Spurs Training Kit with good stock and kids size.
Once I had ordered, I received a follow up email from Grace, who was my dedicated Customer Support contact. Grace kept in touch during order process and again shortly after delivery to ensure everything was OK. Brilliant service and, to cap it all, the quality of the kit and personalised name and number on shirt was very good.

Wanted a particular kids football kit for my grandsons birthday . I wasn’t sure about this company as I had never heard of them but the reviews looked good . I did not need to worry as soon as I ordered I received a personal email confirmation of the order and the time it would take for delivery , which was quite long but they kept me informed the whole way . When it was being processed I rescued an email and when en route one also . I ordered it to go to my grandsons address , which was different from payment address and no issues . My grandson was delighted with the Kfk and my son wants to buy more as price was great and quality fab Thank you
