I have ordered a few times now and wow there is no better service, delivery is very quick and some of my parcels have been on par with Amazon prime delivery speed.
The quality is fantastic, prices are insanely good. I now wouldn’t order from anywhere else.

Still till this day i have never had a response from customer services regarding faulty items. Don't use them they dont care about their customers at all!

Ordered a few things, some pretty good value, some not so.
Although the majority of my order was ok, something was missing, I emailed and never received a reply, was only something small but irrelevant.
I wanted to order some more bits but that put's me off, a shame as some bits were actually really good for the cost, but absent customer service puts me off in case anything goes wrong

My order hasn't turned up , they told me it had been delivered, which it has not , the date it was so called delivered was the same day I paid for the stuff. I've sent countless emails with no response . Never use them again

I have placed two orders with this company, they both arrived promptly and items were great however, one order arrived and the lollipop had no sweet wrapper on at all. I have contacted the company twice now via their contact part on the website and I have had no response, it has been 4 days. There is no email anywhere or active social media to contact regarding this issue.

They have since corrected the issue brilliantly. Faith in them has been restored

I have been trying to contact them for days my order says delivered it has not been delivered it’s not with neighbours and I have no idea , the party is in two days there email thing says we’re get back to you shortly and they never do !!! Do not purchase from these

As far as I’m concerned top notch! My transaction was smooth and professional. Both bags are of excellent quality which arrived very quickly indeed - ordered over the weekend arrived next working day. Package had tracking which was easy to use and was well packaged - no issue at all. Many thanks for easy transaction will use this company again.

Ordered an item which is incorrectly advertised. When I told the customer service it was faulty they tried to say I was using it wrong. When I mentioned their website states how to use it (and that’s how I’m using it) I did not get a response. That was over a month ago. I will now be contacting my bank to get the money back. AVOID.

My wife placed a £50 order on the 8th of May, but the package never arrived and was returned to you on the 12th of May. She has tried contacting you multiple times via email and messages (including here), but has received no response.

There’s no phone number available to reach you, which makes it even more frustrating.

Can you either resend the package (she can provide any missing details via email) or issue a full refund?

Can you also acknowledge this message and respond to her email?
If no response will be provided I will report you to the police

I paid for pre filled party bags and everything came thrown in a box separately! The description clearly states that these are pre filled and ready to go . When I challenged the company they replied saying this is how they are sent. False advertising ! They then ignored my emails. Do not use this company they are money grabbing scammers !

Received my order very quickly but there was a component missing from an item. I've tried to email 3 times, no response.
Leaving this review in the hope someone will get back to me.

It has been more than a month since I have ordered the items and now I terribly regret doing this. My son’s birthday is tomorrow and there will be no gifts for the occasion. The have put me down, I wasted my time and money for nothing. I cannot understand what kind of business is this. I have never come across such an irresponsible customer service. I am writing this review so other people can avoid the experience I had with them. They haven’t even processed the refund yet. This is a shame.

Was sent faulty items which could cause serious medical issues if a child was to put the items in their mouths. I sent an email with no response, filled out the form on the website still no response.
Will now be contacting my bank!

There are missing items not a lot but still one item is missing. I have emailed them, filled contact form on their webiste but no response, what a shameless customer service. They should at least say something. I placed another order with the hope they will add the missing item in next order but still nothing. What a cheap behaviour. Now what is missing is missing , great wow.

Fantastic service, ordered last minute for my little boy's party and they made sure it arrived on time. Everything as described and even received some free gifts😊

Great value for money. Lots of choice. Will use again. Was delivered quickly. I’ve read other reviews where packaging was mentioned. Yes the items are all thrown in but nothing damaged or missing (I was sent a couple of extra things). I think considering how cheap it is, I didn’t mind that it wasn’t neatly packaged.

Appalling customer service.

I ordered everything I needed for my son’s party bags. It arrived promptly but was packed terribly.
On checking the items I noticed multiple items were missing.
I have emailed the company twice and completed their contact us page on their website. I have had nothing back. The missing items don’t come to huge amounts of money but I’m now going to have to source one or two of each items to complete all the party bags we need.

Do not buy from this company. I understand mistakes happen but contact your customers and try to rectify your mistake. Don’t ignore them!!
