Great product, great price point. Also, the warranty does not require several registration steps upon receiving the laser cap

I order the hat and it was allegedly delivered. I never got my package. I tried talking to customer service. They won’t talk to you over the phone. Only email and they pretty much brushed it off. I lost around $700.
Never got a replacement or a refund.
Do NOT waste your money.
Get your cap from a different company.

I received my Kiierr cap just this week so I have only used it twice. I received a personal message after ordering thanking me for my order and letting me know the company was available for any questions or concerns. That was unexpected and very nice. I am looking forward to seeing some new hair growth over the next few months.

The hair cap has helped so much with hair growth. I have lots of baby hairs, so I know it is working. The Kiier cap is as good as Rogaine only much easier to use (and less messy). I would totally recommend the hair cap for hair growth. Also, the customer service from Jami is always 5 stars/excellent!!! :)

This has been a great addition to my beauty routine. As a woman in my late forties, I purchased the cap when I noticed patches of thinning hair which made me feel very self-conscious. I tried other topical products, but they didn't do much. I have been using the Kierr cap for around 4-5 years now, I have noticed I have more even hair growth in the areas that concerned me (temples and top of head). I feel much more confident. Customer service has been great also for anything I needed to reach out for.

I purchased Kiierr 270 MD and the Kiierr face mask in early July (living in BC Canada) and received them in about 10 business days. It was all smooth and easy. I've been using them for about two weeks, and expecting to see initial results in 4-5 months.

I purchased a 'reconditioned' cap which was nearly $600. It worked fine for almost a month, but then started to malfunction. It was easy to get response to questions from Kiier, but battery replacement was $25. I was unhappy that it worked for such a short time period, although it does seem effective in slowing hair loss

It's been 6 weeks and I am noticing a difference. I can't wait what 7-8 months will look like. The major thing is being consistent, I have the 272 cap which is every other day. This was my last ditch effort before coming to terms with I am going to lose my hair. I wish I would have done this before the noticeable balding. Trust the process: Kiierr!

I started using it in June 2020 and followed the directions of 30 minutes every other day. After a few months I noticed some new growth and kept using the cap. Now, it's been 5 years using it and I've been very satisfied with the results. I recommended it to my sister, she bought one and is also happy with it.

Wow! My husband has been using this red light therapy cap religiously! He even brought it with him on vacation. That’s how easy and portable this is to use. We think we are starting to see results but it’s still early stages. Consistency is definitely key with red light therapy! I have gotten some absolutely incredible results from my red light therapy mask, so we have no doubt that we will see hair growth in the future! What an incredible company!

I've only had my product several days and it arrived a few days after I ordered it. The company is very communicative. Every time I sent an email they communicated back with me almost immediately.
