Confused as to why Customer service doesn't respond and orders aren't as before?
Have always been satisfied with orders, but this last order was late and did not even include my 3 bags of treats that I had requested and ordered previously. I had to order a 3 lb bag unsure when your order would arrive. My account indicated there was some issue with payment. You have my phone on file and I even sent you an email twice. I've not had any issues with any of my auto accounts. No contact was made and I was even charged shipping when I wasn't charged shipping last time I ordered a 22lb bag w/ 3 bags of treats.

We love the everything here so much
We love the brand so much. You can tell a premium quality. The grooming kit bag is amazing, it has a lot of pockets inside. And very stylish the coconut balm for his nose and paw has a nice smell and it has natural ingredients. We also have the dental sticks. It has natural ingredients as well.
