Took money straightaway from my account after two weeks for waiting on my order I emailed asking where it was I never even received a email confirmation looking at the reviews here I think it’s the same for everyone. I am now waiting on my refund . Don’t bother ordering .

Good morning, another week has passed, still no sign of the sweets.

Last Monday, you was sending to Evri (next day) Evri was going to be in touch, and the delivery should be 2-3 days (Thu or Fri).

I've had no notification from Evri what so ever, which doesn't surprise me, they are one of the worst couriers around.

Please advise

I am really sorry; I agree that Evri are terrible - we are actively looking for an alternative courier at the moment. In the meantime I can send your order with Royal Mail if you would like or I can refund you, which would you prefer?

If it's not in my account by the end of the day, I'll be asking my provider for a charge back, as this is completely unacceptable.

I have checked on your refund and it has been processed by us. Refunds can take a few days to reach your account so if you don't receive it in the next couple of days please let me know and I can look into it further for you.

If you look online you'll find loads of other people going through the same experience.

Ordered liquorice before Christmas and still not received it. However they have now come back to me and are delivering my order personally as I live quite close to their headquarters. You can't do better than that. Killer Candy are looking to change their delivery model to try and improve recent problems.

Do NOT recommend. I ordered sweets in mid November for Xmas and they didn’t arrive. I contacted them and was told my address wasn’t right so I sent it again and waited. Please note: the address was NOT incorrect! Then, I didn’t receive anything, again. They said, when contacted that the courier must’ve mislaid the item. They said they’d send again. Never came so I requested a refund. Said they’d refund. A month later and no refund. Chased again and they said it would take 3-5 days and when I reminded them it’s been a month and an issue for nearly 3 months - they finally refunded.
Absolutely awful experience. Would t recommend and would never use again!!

Order was lost in transit, company refunded the original item and offered free box of sweets to compensate. Small family run business

Never received my order. No dispatch notification or anything but they took the money straight away. I had to constantly email them to try and get my money back. Even after they said they had issued a refund it still took over a week for the money to reach my bank.

Ordered on the 18th and delivered 21st Jan, no problem,quick delivery and got what I ordered, no complaints ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Please do NOT order from this company! Original item not received, offered a replacement but that never arrived and neither have I received a refund. Stopped replying to my emails so now I have had to escalate this to Trading Standards and start a Chargeback with my bank as Killer Candy have failed to send me my order or give me a full refund. They said they are changing courier companies but that isn’t the problem, the problem is with them not sending out the goods, not giving you tracking numbers of your parcels and not giving refunds!! Please do not be scammed by this company. I have given them 3 weeks to rectify this but they have failed to do anything and I am so disappointed I fell for there excuses and lies

I ordered 2 items on the 4th of December I emailed them and they finally found my order, it took a while but I recieved one of two items on the 16th December and they said the second one wasn't in stock until after christmas I am still waiting *update almost 2 months later I recieved a refund for the item
