This product is amazing!! It's a quick and straight forward tool. It's not a tool to sharpen from scratch, but more towards fine tuning a sharpen edge after usage. Think of Pual Bunyan. If he had this tool for his large axe, he would have won.
Something that I was actually surprise was the lifetime guarantee.. I've opened my package and had a note saying lifetime guarantee. I love that they believe in their product so much, that they'll guarantee their customers a quality tool for life! Thank you Kimura, I love mine so much!!

Secateurs review excellent
Received the secateurs as a present and I'm extremely impressed. They are light but substantial and so much better than my previous ones. I'm also looking for some loppers and have been looking at the knife selection that Kimura have, if these are as good as the secateurs I will be really pleased.

Japanese pruners
The pruners I bought from kimura came on time and as described, I have only used them for one day so far, they did the job very well, they seem to be of good quality but time will tell.

Michelin Star Chefs of Approval for Knives
I have been a chef for a Michelin Star restraunt for over 30 years and I know a Japanese knife when I see one. I purchased the entire Kimura knife range and with care the blades have maintained their sharpness. They are bolstered handles so feel good when using them. Highly recommend the up and coming Kimura brand.

I couldn’t have gotten a better chef’s knife that is perfect for a single person who loves to cook from scratch using a smaller bamboo cutting board with this extremely sharp and well designed instrument makes my task easier than ever before and quickly cuts any vegetable, fruit, meats or homemade sourdough bread with a thick crust

Only purchase these from Amazon or you won’t be able to register the warranty.
I am now using these and I am really impressed with them.
I will say one thing though. Do not purchase these from anywhere else except Amazon. They will only guarantee these if you have bought them from Amazon. I purchased mine from eBay because I saved a few quid but when I went to register my warranty, I was told that they wouldn’t be guaranteed because I didn’t purchase them from Amazon. Even though they still came in Amazon packaging and they were delivered by Amazon.

Diamond Coated Honing Steel
I am trying this brand for a diamond coated honing rod replacement. I realize that diamond coated honing or sharpening rods are not meant to last a long time, but the last two that I bought lasted about a year each. So far, this honing rod is doing a great job getting my dull knives ready to be sharpened. The diamond coating did not feel really rough, and I didn't expect it to be rough. I searched for a rod that had a finer grit than I usually buy. I like the feel of this rod, and so far I am happy with value I purchased
