brilliant company across the board! professional, polite, tidy, fast, quality workmanship. left the house cleaner than when they arrived! great customer service and great pricing. literally top in every way. couldn't recommend highly enough. never pushy or 'salesey'. really helpful and informartive, they explained a lot to me about heating in general and I chose the boiler I felt was right, not one that was pushed on me. a new boiler is a major investment and will massively affect your home comfort for years and years, so it's essential to get it right and done to the best possible standards by the best possible people. these lads are excactly that.

Very trust worthy, and freely give advice which is aimed at the customer, not an expensive bill. The whole set up is designed to help customers from reminders when boilers need servicing to ringing before turning up. Very commendable company no hesitation in recommending them.

The job was to replace a regular boiler / hot water tank with a new combi boiler and remove redundant tanks and pipework. I was recommended to call Kindred and my initial call with Paul left a positive impression. He was attentive, asked quite a few questions, and arranged a visit to quote. This initial impression was strengthened when I showed Paul and partner Robin around to size up the job. They also recommended a power flush of the system to protect the new boiler. At the end of their visit I knew I wanted them to do the work. I was at the house for one of the two days they were there and was impressed by their efficiency and how well three people worked as a team. I saw for myself how much of a good idea the power flush was from the amount of fine metal that was extracted from the system: our new system has a magnetic filter (another recommendation that we followed). Kindred took care of all the extra parts we needed (at cost), and left us with neat minimal pipework, all rubbish and waste removed, plus the new boiler registered for its 12-year guarantee. They're affable, very knowledgeable and work fast. We will be asking them to service our boiler going forward and will always call them first for any other gas or plumbing work. Outstanding service and great guys too.
