I had been comparing my renewal with a quote from QDOS, and Tariq was brilliant throughout. He took the time to understand what I needed, went back to the underwriters and managed to come back with a quote that matched my previous provider while giving me slightly enhanced cover, including personal accident cover.

What really stood out was how easy Tariq made the whole process. He was great to deal with on the phone, explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Even when he needed to speak to the underwriters, everything was handled efficiently and seamlessly.

Everyone I dealt with at Kingsbridge was friendly and helpful, right from the first person who answered the phone and put me through to Tariq. What could easily have been a frustrating process was actually very straightforward.
