We could not have done this without messive support of Kings Gate Finance obtaining a mortgage offer but Mr Prajesh exceeded all our expectations and we had a mortgage offer less than a week. We cannot be more grateful to him and concerns we have had he has always been prompt to respond. I would definitely recommend him if you have unusual circumstances or poor credit. Really appreciate work of Mr Prajesh and many thanks for taking care every things until my contract exchange. After next 3 weeks we will be moving into our first home😊 Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Kings Gate Finance to anyone looking to buy a house for the first time. I know it’s a daunting experience, I can certainly say so myself. Specially with unforeseen circumstances on my case in particular, Kingsgate have been the forefront for contact. I would like to thank Prajesh Shrestha for being our point of contact and for being ready to assist us in explaining the terminologies and the process overall. Due to the unforeseen circumstances, we did encounter lots of miscommunication and delays from solicitors however, this was quickly dealt with by Kingsgate. As a Mortgage Broker they went above and beyond for us by being proactive and liaising with both parties’ solicitors for us to get the problems addressed and sorted. Overall made our experience of buying our first house less stressful. I will be using Kings Gate Finance again!

His recommendations allowed us to select a suitable mortgage and we were consistently updated on any new information. Excellent Service!! 5* rating to Prajesh and the team. I had been looking for the mortgage advisor and was in touch with other several companies but none of them were supportive and serious. Then I found Prajesh and he made sure we are well informed and the process would go smoothly. I can't praise him enough for his proactiveness and knowledge. He made my remortgage process go so easily and smoothly that I can't thank him enough. Once he took the case he treated it as his personal case and gave much more attention that a case would need.
