Bought a set of iTagPRO remote responding chips, advertised as GPS capable 38 days ago. On checkout via a desk top Computer, company offered another order of triple (3X) the quantity I only desired but with a further per item "discounted" price and charged both to my Visa Card but had to respond within sixty (60) second on my mobile phone, which unfortunately was in another room of the house and could not be acted on. The company offers a variety of so called support phone numbers only one (1) was connecting but obviously AI staffed. Every contact offered service help as soon as an agent would be free. During every try the phone call was terminated after precisely 10 Min. 20 seconds and the request to send an e-mail. Company cites a number of Head offices from Vilnius, Latvia to Danbury, CT the last one of which actually is an employment agency.!!! Also it appears that Google somehow shields the company from negative reviews, since I was repeatedly denied log-ins to Trust Pilot citing too many log-in attempts.
Trying to solve my dispute via my Visa Card issuer.

If I could give Kiro Brands a negative 5 stars, I would do so. I ordered a product from Kiro brands and it was not as advertised. Them they, without my knowledge, signed me up for some monthly subscription service. I had to file a dispute with Pay Pal to stop the auto pay. Please DO NOT involve yourself with this company.

One of the most disreputable companies I've ever dealt with. Product did not work. Requested RMA. Was told to send pics of product as packaged / received. Sent. They acknowledged pic receipt & told me had to return to China. Shipping cost $30+ and they would charge $21 return fee to process. Told them I would do negative reviews because this policy not mentioned in ad. They said keep product & they would do full refund in 5-7 days. That was 12/22/25.Still no refund. They have become unresponsive. Referred to Cc company to charge back. Awaiting chargeback credit.

Do not deal with this company unless you thrive on disappointment. I purchased a cane from them based on an Instagram ad. It arrived in good time and well packaged,but without any instructions for use or adjustments. As it was set for a user much taller than me, I attempted to shorten it in a way consistent with most canes, but it became stuck at an even taller setting. I contacted customer service asking for manufacturer's instruction. Instead they replied in an email with instructions that were clearly not applicable to this cane. When I told them that and sent pictures of the cane, they just offered me a return at my own expense. Unwilling to throw more money at this relatively expensive product, I declined. Will donate to Goodwill and hope a much taller person or someone more mechanically inclined will benefit from it's use. Will not be buying from Kirobrands again!

I ordered Kiro Brand glasses online back on 14 July 2025. 3 pairs with 1 case. Costing £78.46. And another 2 pairs costing £58.99. They took weeks to arrive. Once I received them I gave 3 pairs as gifts to family and friends. However after a short use of using them. I discovered that they weren't as good as the promotional described. The were supposed adjust to better eyesight. They are very flimsy ( 3 pairs broke). I complaint shortly afterwards. I just couldn't understand how to go along with the complaint

And they wanted a picture of the glasses and original packaging. Ive only got 2pairs of broken in my possession. I've asked for the ones that I gave as gift's
What they thought about them. And they weren't impressed at all. They assumed I had bought them cheaply. And discarded them. A couple broke like mine and didn't work with they're eyesight as described. Ive been urged to ask for a refund. I found it very difficult to make a complaint and ask for a refund. I have until today to make this complaint official. I am a pensioner. Thank you

The MagVolts that I ordered from Kirobrands were shipped from Franklin Park, Illinois. And in order to get my money back I have to return their product to CHINA!!! First they falsely advertised their “MagVolts” as 5-port quick charge cubes with foldable prongs. The MagVolts I received were 4-USB ports with stationary prongs. And when I asked to return because I did not receive what they advertised, they first wanted a photo of all their products and the packaging it came in. And now I have to return their product to CHINA, with cautions that if product is damaged in shipping, they will not give me any refund. I was billed $94.92 for the MagVolts. But I’m instructed, “Please be sure to DECLARE THE PACKAGE VALUE AS $10 on the custom form when sending the return.” And NO RMA# was given, so how will my pkg be credited to me??? How many months will a small 7”x7”x3-1/2” pkg take and will it get lost in shipping? So very unfair and spiteful!!!

tv ad says it removes mold. $50 . i shouldve known but ad was so convincing. duh. no immediate cancellation or refund. when it arrived i looked up on amazon [$8] plugin gadget. does nothing i think. would cost $15+ to return to china and i probably wouldnt get $ back. expensive lesson. reported to the gov fraud website. pls do same

There used to be a light pet smell in my living room that I could never get rid of and that essential oil collar somehow fixed it. The scent is barely there but the room just smells fresher overall !!!!!!!

Product was ordered from FaceBook ad Oct19 ,2025, Item sent was not what was ordered. Contacted customer service for return and refund instructions. Followed their instructions cost me $45 to mail them back, there post office received the items Dec 1,2025. I then contacted them as to why they had not refunded, they said they would investigate. By Dec 24,2025 they had not refunded.
Dec 27,2025 I filed a dispute with PayPal they ruled in favor of Kiro Brands saying I took too long to file dispute, PayPal instructions said to try and work it out with seller first. Kiro Brands has learned if they can stall long enough it will go in their favor.

This company behaves fraudulently. I bought a solar powered phone charger. The company signed me up for a $24.99 monthly service charge. In December demanded a refund and to cancel the subscription. and got one and an email confirming cancellation. I got charged again in January. I was told that the. Order was posted and could not be refunded. I advised that I would report to the FTC, to my state attorney general, and to Trust Pilot. I got a refund this morning.

Was charged 38.99 for a lighter that was advertised as military grade, Plasma, that it did NOT take any fuel, only needed recharging. It was none of the above. Not rechargeable and had to be filled with butane, plastic and aluminum cheap, not plasma but arc. 14.99 for some lighter add on to the lighter that never came. Was charged 24.99 for a Mystery box that never came and was added to an Elite Club that has no benefits. The ad also said it was being pulled from the shelves of Walmart and other places was being banned. Not true. The product took so long to ship but came three weeks later after going back and forth with several e-mails. They said they couldn't find the package. The lighter was not the one advertised you could see the difference. and the ad had three different lighters that were similar but not the one I received. Was also charged 9.99 for shipping. A total of 88 dollars for a lighter that was on Temu and sold at Walmart for under ten dollars. I never received the Add on or Mystery box and was added to an elite club that they tried to take a second 25 dollars for but Pay Pal stopped. When I contacted them again explaining I didn't receive the correct item or the add on and mystery box. They told me I received the correct one, gave me instructions to it that did not fit the description of the lighter I received. Had nothing to say about the missing items. Now they don't answer my e-mails any longer.

Placed order on Sunday and cancelled at 8;47 am on Monday. This is there reply: Thank you for reaching out.

I saw this company ad for the mode plug-in, so I said to myself one and I give it a shot. I’ll buy one see how it works and if I’m interested in purchasing more down the line than I’ll have the choice to do that… That did not happen that way. Thought to have purchased one for 3999 now I know there may have been some tax included or maybe shipping but what the end result of the order turned out to be $125. What they did was they added all of this bullshit to my order like a VIP, extra ones that I wasn’t aware of warranties all of these things that they added on without my permission I looked up and there was $125 charge to my credit card. !!!. now my gut feeling told me not to deal with this company, but I went ahead over my gut feeling but what I can tell you is this KIRO Brands are frauds, because when you start adding onto a person’s order when they did not want that that means that you are pushing them, forcing them to buy shit that they don’t want that is fraudulent. You do terrible business. I will be on other sites to let people know what my experience was with your lousy company I will eventually get my money back cause I have a good strong credit card system, but I sure won’t let my experience go away anytime soon before letting millions of people know how you guys do business and I guarantee you there will be a number of people who would just say “NAW” I don’t think I would want to deal with a headache!!!!

actually it was less than 1 star. This is a scam!! I tried to cancel the produce as soon as I purchased it and was told that I was too late to cancel. Product arrive weeks later, and it was a piece of crap! The re-shelving fee and postage was going to cost as much as the orgina price. DON'T BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

BEWARE! This company is a "Bait and Switch" scam. You can buy the same product for 1/3 what they charge. They advertise one thing then send you a cheap price of junk.
They also tack on extra charges that you did not ask for! BEWARE!!!

WARNING - SCAM. The product is totally not what advertised. AI dog is nothing like advertisement. It is a simple battery operated toy that makes squeaking noises and moves back and forth a little.

Horrible company in every aspect. Relieved junk mold ionizers that are useless. Plus they tagged on a subscription bill that I didn’t sign up for at all! No place to get refunds no customer service and products are worthless.

This company is a scam. Ordered 4 electric rechargeable lighters. Got butane instead. Now there is another $24.99 charge on my card. When you call you get a message that says nobody available to answer phone. I've sent them emails that I want the charge reversed and have received no reply.

First off I did not order what I received. I was looking at the Magvolt charger and placed it in my cart it was then that I noticed that they had added an additional fee for a so call lifetime warranty. This added another $12 to the cost and the site would not allow me to remove it. I went to my paypal account to pay but had 2nd thoughts and decided not placed the order. I back away from the site without placing the order. The next day I received a confirmation from them saying thanks for the order. I immediatly reached out to cancel the order and was told that the order had been processed and was being shipped . They said that If I did not want the it could be returned. I later learned that I would have to pay for the shipping. When I sent in a request to return the product, I was told that it had to be sent back to china. UPS wants $300.00 min. to ship it back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM
