Didn't even bother turning up to quote and measure up after the appointment was made, no text or phone call ..nothing...it's ok ill spend my money somewhere else

From requesting a brochure to the completed kitchen took just under 4 weeks. Our initial contact with Rob was excellent talking us through various options, pricing and offers. Dermot the Surveyor was also excellent, very thorough and precise and clearly an experienced individual. Lastly Ali the Fitter, his work ethic, attitude and attention to detail left a great impression. We are more than happy with the finished product and would happily recommend Kitchen Magic.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Completed within a week from Designer, Surveyor and having the kitchen fitted.
Sanjay Bojraj was the fitter very friendly very professional and an exceptional eye for detail as was the second fitter Henry.

Brilliant experience from Owen’s visit on the 25th February to having what is essentially 3 kitchens, transformed by the 16th March. I was not sure if the vision I had would be out of Kitchen magics remit but was assured by Owen and the surveyor they could build me a pantry, where the old huge fridge was, create doors in a utility room where there wasn’t any and replace dated corner shelving and facia’s throughout both rooms. Also make the hideous kitchen in the log cabin look decent. Our fitter Matt Doyle was absolutely fantastic. A real gentleman who we enjoyed having around for 6 days. His creativity and craftsmanship are just incredible. I have seen door replacements before and it’s obvious they are door replacements. My kitchen looks like a total refit. The utility room, that was a dumping ground is classy and with new designed doors fitted where there wasn’t any just gaping holes, it has given us a new beautiful room. The log cabin kitchen is beautiful. New work tops, cupboard doors and replacement hob and extracted, have made it so welcoming. I can’t thank you all enough for the service, quality and especially Matt for his incredible expertise.

2Kitchen Magic are a great company to refresh your kitchen. They were highly professional at every stage of the process - sales, estimation, measuring and installation.

They responded quickly and there was little waiting - an amazingly quick turnaround!

The installation was done in less than two days, despite some difficulties in the fit due to our irregular walls, and the fitters, Liviu and his colleagues, were nice to have around the house.

The product - worktops and doors - is high quality and the job was good value for money.

Had our refit over 3 days last week. Ali was an excellent workman . He asked us if we were happy with what he had done every step of the way and if we wanted anything tweaking from the design he obliged us . He takes great pride in his work and was happy to see us happy. Would definitely recommend Ali 100%

All three visitors, the rep, the plan designer and the fitter were exemplary. Their respective jobs were done very professionally and in a friendly and pleasant manner. The whole process took a mere twelve days.

Absolutely delighted with our refurbished kitchen. James the representative who sold us the work was extremely helpful and obliging. I had a query and found the customer service team to be very friendly and obliging. Above all Mike who carried out the work was great. He was friendly and kept the disruption to a minimum. He went the extra mile to make sure that the job was carried out to our satisfaction and even my perfectionist husband was really happy with his workmanship. First class job done in just three days 😊😊😊.

We had some post installation problems and after some awkward contact with head office they diverted a fitter from another job. His name was Ali. He was a problem solver extraordinaire. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very cheerful and very skilled and he gave us hours of his time until he was happy we were happy. A marvellous man. Philip Moger

Communication was very good throughout the process and all of the Kitchen Magic staff I spoke to were professional and helpful. Within a short space of time I had my new worktops and appliances and some new doors installed and it only took the fitters one day. I was happy with the quality of the new fitments and the standard of workmanship. I didn't make any price comparisons but was satisfied with the cost because it covered everything including installation and removal of waste. The paperwork was supplied by e-mail and I was able to make the stage payments online which was very straightforward. Overall it was a positive experience and I am very pleased with my updated kitchen.

Cindy, the rep was an excellent sales lady, I normally get 3 quotes but was satisfied with her honesty and help us to not waste money.
It was a big job, kitchen and utility room and it was finished within a month of 1st quote.
The instalation took 4 days by Callum an excellent workman, helpful, good talker, worked hard and fast doing overtime to get the job done.

The workmen were respectful and efficient. They worked quietly. I was pleased with the overall service from start to finish. I was pleased with the choices we made and the finish.
I am a bit concerned about the quality of the sink, it seems to stain easily. I shall keep an eye on it.

Required a large pull out cupboard damaged door to be fixed.
Other local competitor said you will never colour match the door and the door in now obsolete.
Could not be bothered to visit to assess.
We called Kichen Magic and they sent a representative who matched the colour (lucky) and suggested matching the damaged door replacing side panels and providing two new matching doors either side of the fridge/freezer. Original style cupboard over the fridge/freezer left unchanged. Original handles reused.
I have to say it was a great solution and I cant even notice the two new panels against the rest of the kitchen.
Instead of £10,000 the cost was £2.600. A great result and from the rep (Cindy) to the surveyor and the fitter the project was completed from phone call to fitting was 2 weeks.
Also worked hard to ensure the insurance company were happy.

I found it a great company, I had a lot of help with design but wasn’t pushed to change things, we kept our worktops. There was little disruption and we didn’t even have to empty our cupboards completely. The work was carried out in a day and a half and that included fitting a new extractor fan.
