If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid on Nov 1 2024 for parts to be shipped. I have a copy of the paid bill. I have heard NOTHING from this place. I believe it is a parts scam warehouse. I have sent email 3 times and 3 voicemail at separate times. I am calling 801-857-7088 which is their contact number. Nothing. No replies. I am reporting this to my CC as a scam and hope others will also search this company out first before buying.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. I hope you check the reviews on this garbage trash company before you order from them. The one time I didn't check and it turns out they are pieces of absolute garbage and take your money but never send your items. I have sent both emails and texts and received nothing. Until I sent a text telling them they were trash and I hope their house burns down. Should I have said that? Probably not but did it get their attention? It sure as hell did! I'm literally sick of garbage ass humans like this taking our hard-earned money and scamming us. I need this part to continue with my business! FYI I gave them over 2 weeks to respond, and nothing. No shipping verification or confirmation and no tracking number.

Never shipped my order, they steal my money

Got scammed.
Ordered gear and haven't responded at all.
Their Contact Us phone number goes straight to Voicemail. Been calling and leaving request for updates for days.

Sent this to them via email, also with no response:

"Your email says you will notify when shipped and your website says you'll notify if not in stock you'll let me know an expected date.
I've received no information about either.

If already shipped, please provide a tracking number.
If not, please provide an update.

Thanks"

See they've created a shipping label 4 days ago via PirataShip.com. USPS still hasn't received the item as of today.
Again sent txt msgs and emails. Nada, nil, zilch response!

Nada... Zilch... No response after sending yet another request for Full Refund.

The only constructive feedback I can give for Kitchenaid experts is that they need to shut their store down and quit scamming people out of their money! On 05/26/24 I ordered a gear from their shopify store. They were more than happy to steal my money that day. After a week I contacted them to get an eta or tracking code for my part. I never received a reply. I contacted them again on 06/09/24 and they still disregarded my email. In that email I told them if they didn't correspond by 06/11 I would file a fraud dispute with my bank which I had to do. My next course of action will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, N.C. Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission and Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Ordered Parts. Paid using Paypal.

Was issued tracking number quickly, but nothing was shipped even after 10 days.

No response from email or text.

Placed the order on 11/14. Didn't receive it though my payment was taken. Tried multiple times ( 11/25, 11/27, 11/29, 12/2) to contact through their contact email and received a MAILER-DAEMON failure. I finally posted a question on their Q & A board and received an email stating "The order shows it shipped but it was fulfilled by our wholesaler as we were out of the worm gear at the time of your order. I will check the tracking information when I get into the office.

If it is lost or damaged we will just reship your order. I am so sorry for the delay in you receiving your order and will try to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you!"

Heard nothing back, so emailed the help address again on 12/27. MAILER-DAEMON failure.

Replied to the email I received on 12/7 and got no response. I then found a number to text from a web search and and texted them. I received a reply stating they would contact the supplier to resend and send me the tracking number. I replied a week later for a status and got no reply.

Long story, but they got my $82 and I got nothing.
