I would give this company a negative zero because of the inconvenience.

I was the unfortunate customer that had a bad experience using their electric can opener. My complaint is that after 3 months of usage, the shaft that supports the cone became bent. Thus, with a miss align cone no longer would open cans.

I contacted Kitchen Mama directly requesting a refund.

I was informed by Team Kitchen Mama that I was using the product wrong. After several text messages back and forth we offer to send the product back at owner's expense so they could see what went wrong.

It wasn't until then they finally offered me a refund.
