From the moment we walked into Kitchensmiths we knew we had made the right decision. One of the reasons we chose Kitchensmiths is because we knew they would do the complete job and “hold our hand” along the way, as we had never done anything like this before.
Clare, our designer listened to us and designed a fantastic kitchen. She created a kitchen that is beautiful and practical, her attention to detail is flawless - there is always a reason why she designs something in a particular way. All of this is done with a smile on her face, she is patient and reassuring if needed.
Simon and Dave, the fitters are highly skilled, professional and very respectful at all times, asking questions and making suggestions along the way, as was the plasterer and the plumber.
The job ran very smoothly, we had no hiccups or worries during the very well planned out process.

We are delighted with our kitchen. As with any building work, not everything was right first time but all issues were resolved quickly, to our satisfaction and with no hassle. Clare ran with our ideas and designed a kitchen that delivers everything we need and more within our budget. The design has significantly changed how we use our living space for the better.

A 'soup to nuts' dream.
Bang on schedule, highly professional (and personable) team worked through the project like the whole thing had been endlessly rehearsed. Which of course it had, as Simon has installed in excess of 1000 kitchens.
With the project taking place mid-covid19 there was nowhere for us to escape but we needn't have worried. A few meals on the barbie and few takeaways and we were all set.
Perfectly and professionally planned and implemented, the whole experience greatly exceeded any expectations we may have had.
Thanks to Martin, Simon, Dave, the plasterer, the gas engineer and the flooring team we are now the proud owners of a dream kitchen.

We worked with Kitchensmiths (Clare) to design a new kitchen from an extension plan. Clare really took the time to understand our needs and her advice was always spot on in terms of both style and practical usability. She was available and engaged throughout the design and build. Our fitters were equally efficient and friendly and clearly take pride in what they do.

We are so happy with the end result which exceeded our expectations. We would not (and have not) hesitate to recommend Kitchensmiths.

The staff, together with all the workmen were helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending kitchensmiths to all I know.

The designer, Clare, very quickly had a good understanding of our requirements and helped us find the features that were most important to us in the kitchen. Her design fitted these requirements very well and she was both responsive and creative with any additional requests we made when we saw the plans and 3D rendering she created. There was no hard sell and we were encouraged to take our time to get the kitchen we wanted.

The installation was excellent. All of the workmen were friendly, explained clearly what they would be doing and very patiently responded to any questions we asked about the installation. They were happy to apply any tweaks we requested and they made some very helpful, practical suggestions (e.g. electric socket in the broom cupboard for charging a battery powered hoover - just in case we get one in the future). Their work was always thoughtfully done, clean, tidy and high quality.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
