Perfect for what we needed
We had our apartment painted in "Jasmine White", but since then there were a few marks left on the wall, because of chairs banging against it and some shoddy blue paintwork by some builders.
We googled where we could buy Delux Jasmine White paint in very small quantities. Kitchen Touch Up Paint did exactly that: their 20ml "touch up kit" was exactly what we needed, and even if 20ml sounds like a very small amount, we still have some left over...
Think of it like a small bottle of Tipex that we used back in the days of type-writers... and then including a needle and a few swaps in addition to the small brush. Perfect for what we needed.

Accidentally ordered the wrong paint type, only realising after I had opened and used one of the bottles. Contacted customer service who arranged, without hesitation, to replace the remaining 2 incorrect bottles. Many thanks to Richard for his help.

Excellent colour match and finish. Produced a faultless repair to a chipped panel. Although not cheap, it's considerably less than the cost of a new panel. Prompt delivery. Highly recommended.

We have just had a Wickes kitchen fitted. Got the sage touch up paint as a back up if any minor accidents happen. The sage paint looks a perfect match.

Paint touch up pens
I ordered a touch up pen to cover small chips in my Howdens kichen. The previous residents of my house installed the kitchen and left no record so I didn’t know what colour to order and had to just order and try as there are no testers. Thankfully the colour is good enough. The product is excellent and they provide a range of application methods- I liked the nail varnish type brush. Service and delivery prompt so overall I’m very pleased. Thank you.

Didn’t match colour despite being b&q…
Didn’t match colour despite being b&q cashmere. Contacted seller who provided replacement, this was slightly better / closer to actual colour but still significantly different.
Went to local paint shop who mixed a massive paint pot for the same price as one pen. This mixed colour is a perfect match.
I let kitchen touch up know the second one they sent also didn’t match, I.e wasn’t fit for purpose & that local paint store had managed. Yet no refund offered.
Go to your local paint store would be my advice

I’m really sorry we let you down here.
“Cashmere” at B&Q spans multiple ranges, years and finishes (matt/satin/gloss), and the same colour can vary slightly, even in the same range.
That’s on us to manage better.
We did send a second mix, but as it still wasn’t right, I’ve now processed a full refund for you.
If you need anything in the future, we can custom-mix from a small off-cut of your door or plinth (we’ll cover the postage label) and replicate the correct sheen—this usually solves the “name but not the same” issue.

Perfect match!!
Like other reviews, paint is a perfect match and very easy to apply, though like with all repairs/refresh work, patience is needed to get the best results.
Would happily recommend the product and would definitely use again if needed.

The touch up paint was an exact match…
The touch up paint was an exact match for my kitchen cupboards. Application was easy using the supplied brushes. Used 3 applications to build up the layers. Unfortunately I could not get the paint to squeeze through the fine pen nib attached to the paint tube. The product wasn't cheap - but what is these days!

Perfect colour match and great quality
Had new kitchen installed a few years ago and the fridge door somehow got chipped. These guys sent the perfect colour match and it did the job so well I now have to look very closely to see where I repaired it.
