I received fantastic customer service from Kitenfy. A mug I ordered had a small chip in it and they replaced it super quickly for me. Very responsive and friendly and I am so pleased with the mug. Highly recommend

I ordered a mug on Dec 4th and paid $15 extra for express shipping which said 3-7 business days... it has been 11 business days and all I have is a notification that Purolator made a label... I am not sure if this is an issue with the company or with Purolator but I am very disappointed. this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

The print quality is terrible—it’s faded, uneven, and looks like clip art from the '90s. I genuinely believe I could’ve done a better job with free software and my own two hands.

Cute idea but shame the quality is so poor. T shirt/print is very low quality and which is disappointing given the price and that this was bought as a gift :(

Order arrived super quickly, I was impressed. Quality very good. A bit expensive but items were Christmas gifts, so...

I ordered a mug for Christmas and was disappointed. I like the idea of it, but I found the picture and writing on the mug to be grainy, pixalated, low quality, AND incomplete is some places. So much so, that it hurts my eyes to look at it from a foot away, but hey from a distance it's not so bad. I would not buy again, especially at the price they are charging. Disappointed.

The product is fine and the cost is what it is. But £7.50 for post and packing one t shirt - standard post 10-14 days - is a blatant rip off and a deliberate way to massively increase cost/ profit. Very very poor.

Well the good news is that I was wrong - following my post on here they had in fact refunded the full postage £7.50. I misread the email they sent me - apologies. I have now changed my review from 3 to 4 stars

So - if you think the £7.50 is too much just complain and you will get it refunded which is really great news. I had also suggested that I did not believe several of the 5 star reviews. They strongly refuted this and confirmed to me that all are indeed genuine. I do not dispute that they are from genuine people but I still believe that they have been coordinated by the organisation - the language is just way too corporate and consistent . See what you think.

Ordered a sleep shirt for my daughter she loves it. May have to buy another so I can get her out of it. Good simple order process and very efficient. Will be buying again!

What a great business! Someone stole our package upon delivery, and Kittenfly sent us a replacement mug. They've got great customer service and are super responsive. Also, it's just a really cute mug.
