Kitty recently submitted an offer on behalf of a client on a home my Agency had listed for sale. Our Vendor needed to secure another property in order to accept the offer and this required careful navigation and patience which both Kitty and her client kindly offered. This resulted in a great outcome for all involved. This is my second dealing with Kitty and I'd highly recommend her service to any potential Purchaser.

Kitty said we could have a home in 4-6 weeks. It ended up being just 10 days. We secured the property at what was likely below market value, and saved at LEAST the cost of Kitty's extremely reasonable fees let alone the time it takes to project manage the process. I hope that we have the chance to hire Kitty again when we are looking for our next home.
