Criminals. Will increase your order and take more money than authorised from bank. USB projector is crap just dots to make a whale shape. Refuse to refund full money. Started at 30%, then 40% then final 50% but you have to pay to ship back so not worth it. Viorax.shop is their trading name. Scammer, thieves and conmen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS

I ordered a lamp that was suppose to have an underwater theme that movesthat and it was just a still picture of the moon.

Total scam, sent me a far inferior item than advertised worth nothing near the item I ordered and very basic. Support email doesn't exist so cannot contact them.
Also took much longer to come than advertised.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered 1 product and they charged me for 4 at an overpriced amount. They have stolen from my bank account. The products arrived in a damaged condition and they will not refund me the money they have stolen until I pay to send the products back. The bright colourful images of fish and whales is a con, it is just a black and white image of a whale made up of dots. Scammers, criminals and con artists. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a total scam. After seeing their advertisement for the projector, I ordered one. It arrived, and it was just a white blurry blob on the ceiling that was supposed to be the moon. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I got a full refund

The product is absolute rubbish. The advertising and the actual product are light years apart. This is a scam business. Please do not use.

Agreed, a complete scam, just a grab and run company. If you google the phone number +1 (930) 222-0722, there’s a least 16 companies using that number. Company is also linked to Shopify so they should be doing something about removing these frauds.
Email non deliverable. Next stop is bank reclaim process. Oh, and the product is crap, just as the other reviewers explain.

Awful awful product , save your money and get a 4 year old to paint on your ceiling , then smudge it , and it will look much better than this crap .
Nothing like as advertised, its basically an old style projector with static slides of badly drawn planets . It's so rubbish I cannot find the words to describe it .

Ordered the ocean/galaxy projector and night light. It finally arrived today and is a total scam. It’s a tiny light which projects a white light into the ceiling. No patterns at all. Emailed the support team for assistance and the email has been returned as the address does not exist.

Scam. Projector item not as advertised and of course, no reply to request for refund. Waste of money. Not a real company.

SCAMMERS do not order anything waste of money the projection advertises show fish or planets etc moving it doesn’t it’s rubbish it’s just a picture projected on wall , absolutely shite , hope the scammers are happy stealing money

Hidden charges. £9 handling charge, which was not stated when I paid.
No responses to the last 5 emails, asking for my money back. Misleading on where they are coming from, says London England and then you wait weeks and weeks still not had a delivery.
Goodness knows if it will ever arrive and be the project that's it advertises 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s not at all the all signing and dancing product that’s supposed to be amazing. It’s a tiny projection of a tiny planet on wall we paid £40 for 3 and it’s a tiny picture!! Soo disappointing and misleading! So upsetting. Do not Buy !!! A total scam
