Ah yes! It shipped promptly. As a matter of fact, they made two unsuccessful attempts to delivery but couldn’t find your address.

I told her that’s IMPOSSIBLE. I get a delivery just about every day from FedEx, a UPS or Amazon. They find my address just FINE.

As a matter of fact, I just tracked my address on Apple Mals, Google Maps and Wayze and they all found my address in milliseconds.

So please, take your box back and forget that I exist,

What an amazingly shocking experience! I get an email promoting their new “London” style exactly a week before I am leaving for London. Seemed like a great coincidence. I was actually excited.

I placed the order on a Tuesday, with my trip scheduled for the next Tuesday after reading their shipment policies.

So here it is - straight from their website:

“Transit days do not include standard processing time of 1-2 business days”. I paid extra for two day delivery.

So they should have arrived 4 days or so from order date. They should have been shipped no later than Thursday, with a Saturday delivery. Ok, perhaps Monday if their shipper doesn’t deliver Saturday.

Today, my wife says “are you waiting for any other deliveries for our trip that I need to pack?”

And it strikes me, I not only haven’t received my shoes, but I have t even gotten a notice of shipment!

So I go online and check my order. It says it’s still in fulfillment. 4/5 weekdays including order date it still is in process - even though they say “Transit days do not include standard processing time of 1-2 business days”. If it’s still awaiting fulfillment on the Saturday before my Tuesday trip, there’s NO WAY they will arrive before I leave. So I will have to go to the mall and buy shoes from a REPUTABLE company.

Then I send them a customer service message. You can’t make this stuff up! They reply that responding to customer service inquiries may take time because of heavy volume of customer service inquiries!!!!!.

Seems like they screw up a lot of they can’t get shoes out when they promise and so many people write to complain about them for one reason or another that it takes a while for them to even respond,

I bought a Madrid mens mesh. I'm 185cm 125KG.
Wore them walking through Italy on rough cobble stone roads, doing 20KM per day for 14 Days (280KM)! No heel or toe pain which I normally get. Returned home, into washing machine on gentle cycle and they look new! Unbelievably good shoes! Wish their website was as good as their shoes though, hard to shop by filter and a bit slow.

I highly recommend Kizik shoes. The ease of on and off is awesome

If you have arthritis and spend a lot of time on your feet… these shoes are for you! I bought a pair a week ago and I absolutely LOVE them,

I bought a pair at the new store at the mall of America. The retail service was excellent. I have only had them a short time but I can not tell you how much I love these shoes. They are excellent and super comfortable right out if the box.
I have severe and extensive arthritis and these shoes make walking easier on my knees and ankles. I am loving these sneakers. They are expensive .. but so is Tylenol and physical therapy.

I didn’t catch the combine sizes & widths for both women & men. The shoes are so absurdly wide for a minimum of 50%+ of women. Loved the Vegas blue but it is being returned Tues.

2 pairs of sneakers 8 months old are totally shredded inside of heels. Outside of shoes and soles look brand new as I have not worn them that much. For $200+ they should last longer. No help from corporate in their response to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have three pair of Kiziks and love them. I question the other reviews.

at first I liked my Kiziks; I have 4 pr. I don't like the shoelaces or the tongue as the often get inside the shoe itself.

Only had these shoes for 2 months and already getting a hole in the back inside of the shoe. That is ridiculous for what they cost to not hold up better. I absolutely love them they are comfortable but will not be wasting my money on another pair due to them wearing so quickly.

Soles don’t even last a year with only occasional wear. Hole eaten through in the heel of both shoes. Customer service says that is normal wear and tear. I have never had that happen with any other shoes I have owned. Don’t recommend unless you are happy replacing multiple times a year.

Have tried to leave review on the site multiple times in different fashions and they apparently don’t want people knowing my poor experience as it says submitted but never publishes.

Would give them zero if possible, never received my goods and customer service is non existent, now in a battle to get my money back but not holding my breadth, DONT buy from them !!!!!!!!

Bought 2 pairs of these as gifts for my elderly parents. Well, the wide didn’t fit my father, and since extra wide wasn’t an option, I submitted for a return. They asked for photos of shoes, which I sent them and they responded that return couldn’t be made due to purchase being outside of their return window. If that was the reason, why put me through the paces of taking and sending in photos?? Shoes were never worn and in all original packaging...they simply didn’t fit. They offered an exchange or credit but I don’t need or want that. I said their reason for denying return was rigid and unreasonable, as they still have this shoes for purchase on their website. I asked to speak to a supervisor and surprise, the once attentive customer service rep has ghosted me.

UPDATE 5/8/24!!!
Someone finally reached out again and reoffered an exchange or store credit. I denied and next day they offered a full refund. Shoes are en route back and my refund has been processed. Wouldn’t order again. Overall, not worth the hassle of haggling with them for 3 weeks over a simple return.

I am giving 5 stars because I truly apprecate the way Kizik company handled my situation. I ordered 4 pairs of these shoes (9 standard,9wide,9 extra wide, one pair for my Granddaughter) All arrived in very good time and I tried on the 9 standard and it felt a tiny bit snug, but I thought it was new and would give a little, so off to my grandsons baseball game I go and I probably did not take over 500 steps and I thought "these are just too tight I will have to return" so I went on their web page and filled out the information, one of the questions were "Did you wear these shoes outside?" I wanted to be honest and said yes, then the notice popped up and said "these shoes cannot be returned." I had no idea that you could not return the shoes if you took one step outside. These shoes still looked like they were just out of the box (the bottoms were clean not one spot on the shoe itself). I would of never even think of returning a shoe if it was dirty or full of mud or stains. So I called the company and gave them my story and the customer service helper gave me a stern "it is company policy to not take a return if the shoe was worn outside" I said so let me understand this "I was honest and told the truth and I am telling you that you would of never known if these shoes were worn outside and now you will not give me a wide in these shoes"? I told them I did not want my money back just the right size in width, so the customers service helper told me that it is on my account that I can never return a pair of shoes again if the shoes were worn outside. He said they would send me a wide in my size and for me to send back the shoes. They even sent me a ship label! It was a little bit of a battle to get the shoes replaced, but they were fair with me and I did receive the right size shoe for me and I am a happy Kizik shoe owner and now I have five pairs and will order more down the line, they are so very comfy and so very very easy to put on. I am glad that this company heard me out and I feel they did the right thing (you would never even know these shoes had less the 500 steps on them!! No dirt clean bottom,clean tops!) So that is my story and I am so glad to have these shoes. Just ordered another pair!
By the way my granddaughter loves her shoes too!

I liked the first pair I ordered, but in less than a year they developed a hole in the toe. I ordered a new pair, and in less than a year developed the same hole in the toe. I decided to give them another chance and they delivered my order to a different address that was listed on my credit card. Customer service refused to rectify the situation so I no longer recommend Kizik shoes.

I've order three pairs...all the same size in same style. Each one of them was cut different..all ran larger or smaller of the three. Therefore their quality control is out of control and non existent. Then throw in I never got one of the pairs when I bought two of them together...had to go through a nightmare dealing with customer service. Never again! Never trust apparel or shoe companies that rely on Social Media to advertise their stuff. Shoddy at best.

I ordered shoes with expedited shipping, they were marked "ready to ship" within a day, but never got sent. Kizik promises a 24-48 hr shipping turnaround, so I contacted customer service, they made me wait until what would've been the delivery window had passed before I could ask for help. When they delivery window had passed, the shoes had still not even left their warehouse.

I had to fight to get a refund on my expedited shipping.

They placed a new order of the same shoes on my behalf, and they weren't going to expedite the shipping, but I eventually convinced them to.

Again, I got an order confirmation, waited 48 hours, and no shipment. I contacted them and never heard back (it's been 4 days now), BUT I just got an email saying my (free) order had been cancelled because they're out of stock.

So, two orders and two weeks later ("expedited shipping") I have received no shoes and no refund. Nobody that I've emailed with seems apologetic at all, which makes it even more frustrating.

This company sucks. Note to self to check TrustPilot before ordering from new places in the future!

Shoes performed adequately, comfortable enough, could easily step in them, lasted well enough. HOWEVER !!! There are tack's embedded in the soles that eventually work their way out into your feet. I have removed several and several more are appearing as the soles wear down. Whether a design "feature" or factory problem. They are there and do harm to your feet.

After buying the first pair of Kizik shoes I have now bought 3 more! I live in Australia and the cost is nearly $200 so very expensive however I received a very good discount for the latest pair as I had purchased before. I have the canvas Irvine sneakers and the Prague leather sneakers I find the Irvine more comfortable but harder to keep the white canvas clean. I have since bought the blue Irvine and I love them! Being able to slip on these shoes is a ridiculous game changer but it has made these my absolute favourite shoes. Be very careful though about scam sites! There is a Kizik.com.au that looks legitimate but it is not!! Make sure you buy from the US site only. I am about to buy my 5th pair of shoes for a trip to Europe.

Because of a recent major back surgery, I was gifted a pair of your Kisek shoes. I haven’t been able to turn, twist, bend or bow and probably never will be able to do that. I’m 70 years old and have found putting your shoes on as one of my “joyful” experiences as I recover and try to move on with my life. I wear your shoes the minute I get out of bed. I have to walk outside for ten minutes twice a day as my doctor has ordered with my walker and your shoes help stabilize me, give me confidence and allow me a more normal life.
