Got the product that was advertised nice and quickly, no issues whatsoever. Got emails giving me regular updates and the tracking worked well. Guitar stand is good quality.

Wallaroo 6x6 Outdoor Event Marquee due to the extremely poor quality and durability of the product.

We originally purchased this marquee instead of hiring one because we intended to use it for many years to come. Unfortunately, during the very first use, the marquee failed in multiple areas and showed significant signs of poor manufacturing quality.

The issues experienced included:

-The wire designed to support the roof pulling out despite not being under tension
-Wall straps that secure around the internal poles tearing off
-The majority of eyelets either pulling away completely or beginning to detach
-Multiple frame joins cracking after only one use
-The overall frame feeling extremely unstable and flimsy

After raising these concerns with the support team, I was advised that “the issue appears to be minor in nature and isolated to specific parts of the frame rather than a major product fault,” and replacement parts were offered as the proposed resolution.

I responded explaining that, based on the extent of the damage and defects, approximately 80% of the marquee components would need replacing for the product to be considered in reasonable working order. Given the number of failures after a single use, I have no confidence in the long term reliability or safety of the product.

I did not want this matter to result in leaving a negative review, however I believe I have taken all other reasonable measures to resolve the issue directly with the company before reaching this point.

If a marquee only lasts one use, it ultimately becomes far more expensive than simply hiring a quality marquee in the first place. Very disappointing overall.

Great experience. The ordered arrived on time.

The wood chipper worked well during its first and only use, however on the second attempt to use it the pull starter jammed completely.
What followed was a very frustrating and time-consuming after-sales support experience with Klika that took approximately two months to resolve.
Communication was slow and mostly handled through email, with multiple promised callbacks not occurring. I was also instructed by Klika customer support staff to attempt DIY troubleshooting and disassembly on a near-new machine.
At one stage, I was advised by Klika customer support staff that the machine had failed because no engine oil had been added, despite the fact that I had purchased and added the correct SAE 10W-30 oil and I was able to provide photo evidence of this.
I was also unable to locate any manufacturer website, phone support, or country-of-origin information for the Ducar-branded product, which made after-sales support more difficult than expected.
To Klika’s credit, a full refund including freight was eventually provided, however only after extensive follow-up, evidence gathering, and escalation.
I would strongly recommend that consumers keep detailed records, photos, videos, invoices, and all email correspondence when purchasing through online marketplaces, as this became very important in resolving my case.

I ordered a camper trailer cover and inadvertently paid twice via paypal without realising the next morning I received a call from Kerry at Klicka to double check if I actually intended to order 2 covers. After confirming only one was needed , Kerry quickly arranged a refund on the 2nd order which was received back in my account that afternoon. Awesome customer service. Also delivery only took 2 days.
