I stress-tested their process before agreeing to anything
I wanted to know exactly how they evaluated candidates before I trusted them with any hire, especially for technical talents. So I asked and I got a very interesting walkthrough of their evaluation framework, the competencies they look for, and why. Ownership was the biggest one, and it had me sold from the start. It’s hard to find engineering talent that is able to handle tasks end-to-end.
The candidate we eventually hired had a background that wouldn't have made it through a traditional recruiter filter, which we already struggled with in-house because our resident HR’s could not find any good technical talent for us, so outsourcing was the next best thing. He didn't fit the usual template but the way he reasoned through problems was immediately obvious, and Klysera had identified it. He's now leading our AI integration layer.
