Amazing selection of all the major brands and some I’ve never heard of! Staff seem preoccupied though. I was there for 45 minutes before someone approached me asking if I needed help.

The staff member in the Milwaukee section was very knowledgeable and quite concerned that I purchased the best tool for the job. The discussion was very informative and saved me quite a few dollars. Its always a great experience shopping at KMS.

I was having trouble with my Mig welder , Glen from the Red Deer store , explained to me the possible problems i might have and recommended some solutions, turns out he was right, I'm still not a great welder but at least i cant blame the machine.

ordered a milwaukee chain saw via a online quote.They had one only in stock on display, the sales rep took it off and sourced the box,etc.while I waited I needed some staples also.A new ( 2nd day) employee hunted down my request. I also get my CARPARTS delivered to this store and they always advise me when they arrive.

You had the product I needed and at a good price.

I've been shopping at KMS for more than 15 years. The Staff are friendly and try very hard to be helpful. Sometimes, they may seem a little out of their depth technically. I certainly don't hold that against them as I've been buying and using tools for over 50 years - the best part- they are always accommodating and do their best to assist.

Helpful floor staff and well stocked stores

Visited the store as l often do if l am in Red Deer, on this occasion they had a great sale on for Milwaukee18V Fuel. I was looking for a leaf blower and found one bare tool only 3017-20 at $144.95. Then l spotted the bins and found a Rapid stop 4- 1/2" 5" grinder 2880-20 had no price on it however the milwaukee rep quickly looked it up and offered it at $189 walked out with a big smile on my face thnks KMS

Staff was very helpful when I was selecting a new cordless drill. The price of the drill and a new battery was excellent. The new Red Deer location is amazing, it must have 3 or 4 times the selection of the old store.

The gentleman in the welding department is amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share his knowledge and expertise. I've learned so much just chatting with him. You can depend on him to give you the straight goods.

Placing the order was seamless, knowledgeable staff, aware of the item I was after. However, I was not notified when the items arrived and had to follow up to confirm the items could be picked up.

How can you not love to go into KMS tools. This place makes certain parts of my body feel funny!!!
