Very busy on sale day, yet given excellent customer service and good advice. Consequently we bought what we needed rather than leaving empty handed or having to shop and travel several times.

So, straight up... a pretty basic visit to the store. I easily found what I was looking for on their online catalogue, after much research on the product. I called to confirm if it was in store, which it was. I went in (lots of parking), I strolled on down to the power tools section and the first person I saw actually went up to the warehouse and retrieved it for me. She asked me if I wanted to open the box there to check it out but I declined. The box was obviously unopened.

It's exactly what the online catalogue displayed and described. It was the lowest price of all the big box stores. Pleasant, helpful staff. Yeah, five stars up to this point.

Electrical apprenticeship in process, started with almost nothing for power or hand tools. About a year in now and have dealt with KMS by recommendation from colleagues on what to buy and taken advantage of several of the specials and clearances offered; so happy with everything KMS has provided as well as how they have supported with advice as well as when a Milwaukee battery failed under warranty. Zero problems, zero issues, prompt, friendly and accurate responses when purchasing online regarding ETA's and partial shipments, smiles for miles. A Big Orange competitor on the other hand couldn't organize a parade to an outhouse or coordinate cleanup in my recent tragic experience as the 'hands' weren't attached to the same brain; or even understand why underwear don't go on top of pants or head, despite the hours I spent on phone trying to explain. KMS is my go-to for tools and accessories.

This is the first time I have dealt with KMS Tools and I found the experience to be great. I ordered a lathe and had a problem with the initial unit delivered, but I was very impressed with how the problem was dealt with by KMS. They made sure that what I purchased met my needs completely, and I am now very happy with my purchase.

You have made me a new customer with KMS tools. I like the selection you guys have. It’s always tricky finding certain size driver bits, and you guys had them. Recently, I bought a Milwaukee M12 Heated TOUGHSHELL Jacket. Warning. Jacket does NOT come with a battery. ??? 2. On High heat setting, the batteries last LESS than 2 hours. LESS than advertised. 3. Milwaukee's MAP pricing is a JERK move!!! JTS

Living on Saturna Island makes it difficult to head to stores when something we want comes on sale, being able to phone and find out stock on hand makes it possible to purchase for store pick up on items one has been watching. I was able to find out only 3 of the item I wanted, so used my credit card. With pick up on the weekend for my item.

I was familiar with KMS in Coquitlam, and had been a regular customer there over the years.

I was searching for a Milwaukee product on-line that apparently was sold out, both at retail and on-line.

I found a link to your store and you had 3 on the shelf.

I was there on the 4th, and was so impressed, I returned on the 7th, and I can confidently say, I will be back!

Nowhere to lock up a bike when I arrived. All the staff could suggest was that if I was quick my bike probably wouldn't be stolen.

(AKA Dan McCooey) - I placed an online order (#000467997) with KMS using a gift card; within that order I ordered 2 Edelbrock fender protectors, which were on sale at that time. Shortly after placing that order I received an email stating that I had overpaid and had a credit of $18.62 and to mention that in the notes section on my next online order. My order came in in two shipments, which I picked up in store. I still had received only one fender protector and it took me a while to realize that the missing one had vanished from my original order. So, at this point I saw that I was owed money from my original order ($39.41). I reordered the fender protector - now at full price! and put a note in the notes field explaining that I have a total $58.03 which I am owed. To place the order though, I had to enter my credit card information. Hopefully, someone at KMS will understand what is going on as I received an email saying that my order had been received but without any details about the order itself. I'm not very happy that somewhere along the way someone at KMS missed the fact that two pieces had been ordered, not one.

When the staff member determined that KMS did not have the replacement blades I needed for my bow saws, he offered to set and sharpen the blades that were on my saws. Totally unexpected and very much appreciated. This service fits my philosophy of refurbishing and re-using materials rather than discard and replace them. Just another reason why KMS is my go-to store for tools and good service.

Bought a Fuji Semi-Pro with Gravity Sprayer to refinish louver doors and cupboards. Looked at less expensive options first, but settled on Fuji's entry level 2 stage HVLP sprayer system.

As a rank beginner to HVLP sprayers, I liked that they were a Canadian company, had a large amount of support materials, and the equipment was quality. Purchased gravity feed gun for its reported maneuverability, along with 1.0,1.5,1.8 Air Cap sets to cover spraying water based stain on my decks up to latex primers and finish coats.

After a bit of reading and trials, started on deck as a good first project. Been brushing all these years, and spraying with a 1.0 air cap with back brushing made the deck look the best it has in years. Moved on to spraying primer and finish coats on the cupboard doors and drawer fronts. Again looked great and was fast. Should have bought this sprayer years ago, such a time saver and produces a quality finish with good prep and operator care.

Wrote a review on my experience and was contacted by manager, he helped with the getting the item I wanted quickly.

The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. My go to place for Milwaukee products.
