Very happy with speed, efficiency and genuine customer interest following purchase. I have already commented on the fact that the merchandise does not appear to be of the quality that these particular knee supports used to be, which is very disappointing. However that is a manufacturing issue relating to "Donjoy" and not a complaint about "Kneesupports.com"

Liked the updates of delivery process .From ordering to receiving. Knee supports are doing their job. Will be buying again when these ones need replacing

I’m 6’ tall, 11 and half stone with thin legs, I done your measure and selected medium. I know you say size up but I was within the sizes for medium with spare. On first wearing, about two hours, my feet were suffering. Way too tight. I bought two, and both no use. The internet wins again.

I was so surprised how quickly this company responded to me. I sent a message that I ordered the wrong size knee brace. In 5 days I received the next larger size without having to return the original pair. They told me to gift the originals to someone instead of sending them back. They have a great selection of knee supports. It was easy to order what I needed and delivery was fast so I could get support for my knee straight away.

Sadly these knee support insoles didn't work well for me. I need them for long distance hill walking, in particular to absorb shock to my knees when walking down hills. Unfortunately due to the space the insoles took up inside my very comfortable walking boots and because the insoles are hard, my feet felt sore and I developed a large blister on my heel. I've since abandoned using them.

My wife suffers from osteoporosis and we assumed this knee support would ease her pain somewhat but it does nothing for her either when she is walking or when she is sitting.

Smooth ordering process. Prompt delivery. Knee supports were as described and do the job.

Just one wear but I did feel they were a good support.
I didnt feel any knee pain.
