Some years ago I bought a walk in veg cage from Knowle Nets and it has been excellent in all respects, especially in keeping out pests. I recently needed to protect a new raised veg bed from our lovely resident foxes, so opted to purchase more of the high quality butterfly netting. The service was again excellent, as is the product. I heartily recommend them.

I ordered 30 canes from Knowle Nets and I’ve got to say the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The ordering process was simple, the communication was clear, and the delivery was quicker than I expected. The canes themselves were excellent quality — straight, sturdy and exactly what I needed for the garden.
What really stood out was the price. For the quality you get, it’s genuinely good value, and you can tell they take pride in what they sell. Everything arrived well‑packed and in perfect condition, which makes a nice change compared to some sellers.

I phoned knowle nets on Monday with a problem on a fruit cage I bought 2 years ago and on Tuesday afternoon I received a new roof net free of charge. Outstanding customer service.

The customer service is very good. I didn’t know what size netting I needed to recover my fruit cage and the lady from Knowles was very helpful and determined exactly what size neck I would need. I also was pleased with the purchase recently of some bamboo cans.

I found the website very easy to navigate. ordering was simple and delivery was prompt.
The butterfly netting I ordered is good quality and has a bit of weight to it so that it drapes well.

Having bought from this company some years previously with good service and quality of product I had no hesitation in placing another order. The fruit side panel netting appears to be a very strong netting and is easily trimmed to size.

The nets are high quality and exactly as described. I had some pieces that were more unusual sizes and these were easy to match as they tie strings to each corner. The items arrived quickly. I now have a lovely fruit cage.

The fruit cage arrived as expected. It’s great quality and we will be ordering another one in the near future.
The only down side is the instructions which are provided, unfortunately they are very difficult to follow and we tried to find a some details on line which were not available, I think maybe a video on line would really help. Once we figured it out it was fine and we will know how to erect the next one we buy.

I had a problem with an obelisk which was not straight after assembly. I contacted the company and I was immediately sent a replacement at no cost which was absolutely fine. Fantastic service so well done

We were very happy with what we ordered but not so impressed with delivery. I think the courier company were pretty poor. The order was dispatched on 30/04. Received an email from DXdeliver to say delivery would be 01/05, then 06/05, didn’t actually receive it until 10/05. May I recommend you change couriers.

No problem with communication and the fruit cage was very good.
