I have still not received the order and no response to email sent. Disgusting that they are still being able to advertise despite all the reviews. This scamming company needs to be investigated and removed off all sites.

the bra's are useless, no support is offered at all, I haven't even tried them on but they look NOTHING like what is advertised. Poor quality, think you could get better quality bra's in Pound Land, and thats being extremely flattering because these are not even worth £1. Shocking! It's clearly all a lie and I feel stupid for falling for it.
DO NOT BE FOOLED! Company is not UK based, a carrier pigeon could of delivered them quicker!!
I have emailed asking for return details, but having read others reviews i feel certain that I will never hear from this absolute bunch of criminals.
I would of given zero stars if possible!

My wife purchased a 3 pack of these. 3 weeks later they were delivered from outside of the UK. Absolute RUBBISH. Way too small. The quality was 'dubious to poor. The sizing on the website does not reflect goods supplied. Doesn't matter what size you enter on the website .....wife got a 'L' - of no use to her at all.Quite happy to return for a 'proper' size, but that does require the company to respond. They didn't, 4 times they have been contacted and not a peep from them. I tried cleaning the lavatory with them, not even any good for that. In the absence of contact from the company or knowing what to do with them - BINNED. Clearly a scam and another company from China added to my growing list of rep off companies. Back to M & S for us !!!!

I ordered and received a 3 pack of bras. Didn't like and asked for their return process as no paperwork included in parcel. I gave repeatedly asked for this together with a full refund. Nothing heard despite numerous reminders. This was towards the end of 2025. I assume that ive been scammed, do I WOULD NOT recommend anyone ordering from them.

Zero star for this company. For sure it is not UK company because I waited four weeks for the items delivery. The quality of the bras very very poor, I didn't want to try it because I was afraid that I will tear the material. Four email with request of the returning address and no respond.

Absolute rubbish. The bra is made from very, very thin lycra with a single line of stitching. The band is too big and the cups way too small. It offers no support whatsoever. Absolute rip off. I have requested a refund, but have heard nothing back.

Took almost 2 week to arrive, when supposedly a UK based company. Packaging was disgusting! No information,label, washing guide. Very poorly made! These people do not have the first clue about dressing a woman's bust. Not a hint of material resembling jelly! I can not tell you how mad I am! I have requested a free of charge return and a full refund!

One star is too generous.

The bras took almost three weeks to arrive.

Emailed Komforfit twice and received no reply.

There is no 'jelly technology' to lift the girls, they have standard foam pads and the bra its self is two pieces of Lycra very crudely sewn together.

The strap is no thicker than a standard bra so offers no smoothing of the side/back.

It's an entirely different bra to what is shown on the website/social media.

Please don't waste your money on any of their products.

Took a month to get my stuff, tracking information incorrect and quality of product simply horrible.
I'm trashing the whole thing because I'm too fed up to ask for a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! Would give zero stars if could! Claiming to be a UK based company, ‘delivery from Royal Mail in 5 working days’. Not the case, waited weeks for delivery. Clearly a Chinese company on labelling of package. Awful quality, nothing like the pics/videos from website. I have been well and truly SCAMMED.

This needs minus stars!!! What an absolute scam!!!!! A month and still no item!! No response from seller. I paid Klarna so I have stopped the full payment. At least thats one thing!!! Their website says excellent trustpilot!! Wish I have come to the site first!!! I have been totally scammed as trustpilot is a lie on their site!! The adverts are really good at drawing you in and they are brilliant at taking the money however dont deliver the goods! STAY AWAY!!

Update: Item has arrived and is not what was advertised at all. This is a scam, do not order. I have tried to contact them with no reply, will be reporting a chargeback to bank. Also paid for next-day delivery and it took almost a month to arrive.

Scam company. Carrier on website shows as Royal Mail when ordering, Yodel in delivery updates on Shop and then a completely different carrier I've never heard of. Neither Yodel or Royal Mail have any trace of my order in their system. The address provided isn't registered to the company name and there's been no reply to my email to chase the order. Guess I'll have to wait and see if anything turns up.

The company also displays a fake trustpilot score on their website.

Something you would by of shein and to be fair shein probably be better for the money I paid £32 with shipping protection why waste of time waited 2 weeks when its says 2 to 5 days coming from China. I order 36F XL never seen more like size 10 Small medium .ilhave to grin a bear the fact ive wasted£32 quid.
As a customer for the first time doest look or sound good when you cant even contact any one no emails returned no phone number to ring even though its says you can no returns address you have to do all the chasing and frustration in the end I will never buy from komfortfit again avoid!!!!!

First of all, I give this company zero stars. Received my order after 3 weeks. Goods ( 3 pack bras ) on their pop up advertisement did not resemble the goods I actually received. Sizing was ridiculous, too small. The fabric was cheap with no redeeming features ,completely unfit for purpose. Contacted them via email, as per instructions on their website to request a refund. Surprise surprise, after sending several emails for a week, no response whatsoever. I now feel that I have been scammed and wish that I'd read these reviews before transacting with this company. Please please do not waste your money and make sure to purchase from a legitimate organisation.

Ordered item 1st January, - nothing received - Shipping method = Royal Mail, but tracking number suggests otherwise. Carrier is 'Wanb Express'.
Despite completing contact form and sending numerous emails, no response has been forthcoming.
Also, home page reviews do not seem to be on TrustPilot.
Would suggest extreme caution if making a purchase.........

Ordered, never got it. 12 days!

Ordered a pack of three bras size 36C. They took ages to arrive and when they finally did they are Extra Large. By no stretch of the imagination is a size 36C bra extra large. They are of very poor quality and do not resemble the photographs on the website in any way. I have contacted them for a refund but have heard nothing as yet.

Ordered through Shop app. Someone is clearly lying on their reviews. Cheap looking and poor quality products. Delivery exceeded time frame as promised on website. Now sent 4 emails for requesting refund and so far no response. Avoid at all cost.
