I made a purchase and they doubled the purchase on the three cans I contacted immediately through email to have the second three cans removed for $177 I received an email back stating that it would take 48 to 72 hours for them to respond to me which means the shipment will go out before you respond I consider that unappropriate I will be making the call in the morning and I've asked nicely that you take that off of the bill or I am canceling the entire order I have screenshotted everything for my bank and if that order goes out with that second set of three for $177 I will be contacting the bank I will let the bank know that I am returning the order when it arrives and I will stop your payment don't cheat me and I won't cheat you I find that bad business to add to people's order and then not want to take care of it for 72 hours

I bought the six pack, best value. 75 days in I hadn't lost a single pound. I had passed my 60 day return policy so I did not bother to contact them for a return. Does anyone want to buy 3 unopened canisters for a few bucks. You're prolly wasting your money like I did, I am a fool you know. I believed the reviews, but they can easily be bought.
I gave them 1 star because there isn't a zero. It tasted gross and never did a thing for me, even when I tried to do the keto diet with it. It constipated me and I still can't get back to normal 3 months later.
This is a deception, complete lie.

They are a fraud and scam
They are a fraud and scam. Their keto activate chocolate shake not only doesn't work, but their website also lied about their 90 day guarantee. Where it states full refund, even if tubs are empty. I tried the 3- tub pack and no results. Even after desperately trying to make it work, and bought addition keto dinners and shakes...but this product does not put you into ketosis as claimed. And worse, when I requested a refund for returning the tubs, I was told they would only refund 1. They would not abide by their advertised 90 day guarantee. So out of a hundred unless BBB can help me. They are a SCAM.

Don’t purchase from this shady company!
I purchased Synocell to relieve my knee pain and when I asked my doctor if I should take it she said I should not since the ingredients may interfere with the medications I am on and she said there are no clinical trials with Synocell. They say they fully guarantee their products and if returned in 30 days the unopened bottles will be credited. They received my product return on March 10th and still no credit on my credit card. I tried to call them but no one ever answers so I have sent two emails to no avail. They are asking how many bottles of the three were opened which I had already told them in my email that none/0 were opened.
Do not purchase from this company and I am disappointed I didn’t read the poor reviews before purchasing. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Hopefully they will finally credit my account for $158.00!

Started out good, but after a month, it all went sour. Don't trust this company, Why? They love more than anything is to confuse people over and over. They promote tons of different products and the new one is always better than the one before and they all claim to do the same thing. Makes it confusing for a person to know what is real and what is not real. Have discussed this over and over with them, but there never going to stop what they do. Don't ask questions about more than one thing at a time. You will never get all your answers you need unless your willing to keep sending emails and telling them they skipped over some of your questions. I have used all their Keto products. The Keto Activate may taste good, but buy it from Walmart, etc. instead of Konscious Keto. Same price and no wait on getting it. Their shakes taste good, but after taking them, look out for stomach issues right away. We finally stopped them after no changes with the stomach issues even after we cut the amount into half. Don't purchase their Synocell product unless you are ready to get bombed with other emails from Synocell who loves to promote other products too and keep you confused all the time. Just learn to find Keto recipes and follow a Keto diet along with exercises, and you want need their shakes to lose any weight. Don't trust Sugar Free products and look for No Added Sugar instead. Then you know you aren't getting Sugar in your diet. The whole reason you do Keto is to stay away from true Sugar. Keto diet is awesome and the food taste great, you just need to know you don't need Konscious Keto and their products to be successful with Keto dieting. Plus, another issues is their pricing of products are very high.
