Love Kooli! Helped me during pregnancy staying cool at night through the summer months and will continue to use postpartum. Easy to use ice tray and stays cool!

KOOLi has been a total lifesaver during hot nights and heatwaves. It's super comfortable, stays cold for hours, and the soft design makes it easy to keep close, even in bed. I honestly wish I’d had this when I was pregnant - it would’ve made a huge difference! I’ve even gifted it to others, it's such a practical, thoughtful present. Highly recommend!

I’ve treated any muscle aches/pains/pulls with a cold compress followed by a warm one. But it’s a faff. Using water just makes a mess and doesn’t last long. Then I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune issue affecting my nerves/muscles. I am THE QUEEN of muscle pain/muscle damage/spasms/cramps/fasciculations/trapped nerves. I take a lot of medication. My Kooli is one of the best things I’ve ever bought. I use it on my problem area and it stays cold without being uncomfortable/freezing (I’m also affected by extremes of temperature so that wouldn’t work for me 😆). I add ice (you get a brilliant ice-cube mould) and then use my heated blanket or a hot-water bottle. And no - it’s not just a regular hot-water bottle with a different name because I’ve tried that. Nowhere near as effective! I wish this had existed when my kids were small and it’s brilliant to rest your head on when you have a headache/fever. I’m even going to suggest this to the headteacher at the school I work at. First aid advice is not to put ice on head injuries but this would be perfect to use. No, I don’t work for the company or know anyone there! 😆 I just love this product! This product has improved my pain levels and I am grateful!

Absolutely love my kooli, especially on a hot night. I fill it up and put it in the fridge for the day. If I want it extra cold then I fill it up with ice from the specially designed ice cube tray.

My best tip is to put it under your feet at night and it makes you feel so lovely and cool for hours. Really gets me through these hot nights.

I’ve also used the bottle to rest against the side of my daughter’s gerbil enclosure to keep them cool too!

I recently went on holiday and left my ice tray in the freezer. I contacted kooli to ask about purchasing another and they have been so kind and offered to send me one free of charge.

Their customer service and products are excellent. Especially for someone perimenopausal. I’ve even considered taking the bottle on my commute to London!

I absolutely adore my Kooli and it has been a lifesaver during the hot UK summers. While it’s mainly marketed towards women, I am a trans-man who since starting HRT has suffered a lot from hot flushes as well as having difficulty regulating my body temperature due to autism and physical health issues and my Kooli has kept me cool and allowed to me to sleep peacefully during warm weather.

In addition to the product being brilliant, so are the customer service team. Each time I have reached out to them they have been so helpful and kind and have never made me feel like a bother for asking questions! Recently I realised I had lost the cover for my Kooli and reached out, concerned that without it it may become damaged in my freezer and asking if there was a way to purchase a new cover. Anna responded incredibly quickly and they sent me a replacement cover and very kindly also gifted me Kooli ice tubes! A brilliant company, product, and team. I could not recommend more!

So happy with the product, it works so well. I don’t cope with heat very well and am now menopausal so my hot flushes are off the scale, particularly at night…only had the Kooli a few days but it’s really helping. Great packaging and instructions, and speedy, helpful customer service from Anna after I messaged with a query. Would definitely recommend.

I've been using it during the hot weather and it reduces my body temperature quickly and has kept me from feeling ill, as I can't tolerate the heat at all. I've been keeping it in the freezer, which the packaging said was ok to do, so I hope it lasts doing that. I just take it out and hug it when I overheat. I find it incredibly calming somehow as well. I'm very pleased with it, I sort of got it thinking it would probably be a bit rubbish but I'd give it a go, but it's really helping me out.

The item is medium but mighty…. I had a slight issue however no problem to Anna as she so very kindly contacted me and was extremely kind in correcting this for me….

I found this useful in the summer, as expected, but I'm also loving it now, in winter, when the rest of the household needs the heating on and I'm too hot, especially at night - it's really helping my sleep!
I was also super impressed by the packaging with had useful instructions and such, plus it was recyclable!
I'm buying one for my sister for Christmas too!

I'm normally a cold person, but I was pregnant over Summer 2024 and absolutely boiling all the time. Having the fan on full blast still wasn't helping. My friend bought me one of these -it was a lifesaver and helped me get through those final months in more comfort, plus I could take it everywhere with me including the car without putting on the AC and making everyone else cold. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs help regulating their temperature and pregnant mums!

You know when you wake up sweating and you turn your pillow round so it’s cooler… well this is like that cool spot in your bed. You can place it anywhere to cool your body down and it’s feels really nice

I bought two but wasn’t able to get them not to leak - the company did refund me and send me one replacement but I’m still struggling to get them not to leak & I can’t quite understand why they don’t have a screw lid like a classic hot water bottle - the lids are flat and impossible for your fingers to get a grip on to screw it on. Still trying as I love the idea and they seem great - just can’t work out how anyone screws the lids on easily!

I took this travelling with me across Europe as I was staying in hostels with no air con, it was so nice to have it to help me sleep!

This product is a lifesaver!!!!

I find it difficult to keep cool at night especially in the summer due to the hot weather. I used to keep my windows open at night which wasn’t always ideal. Kooli has solved this issue for me by keeping me cool throughout the night and I’ve managed to get deeper nights sleep as a result. I could not imagine that this small addition to my bedtime routine would make such a BIG impact on my daily routine due to the quality sleep I’m currently getting.

I definitely recommend this to people who struggle with hot sweats, insomnia or generally keeping cool during the night!

What an amazing product! Such a simple yet incredibly effective idea it makes you wonder why it's not already a standard item in the home. I don't know how I would have gotten through the hot summer we have just had without my Kooli. It's so easy to use, too. Simply unscrew the cap, fill the bottle to about two-thirds of the way up with icy cold water, and you're good to go. I take it to bed with me most nights. Sometimes I do cuddle it if I'm feeling particularly hot, otherwise it's just in the bed with me should I need instant cooling relief. My Kooli is well made and feels good to the touch. I was worried that it may be too cold to touch the bottle at first, but it is not the case at all. Kooli is made out of a soft but thick rubber making it easy to handle whilst getting the cooling benefits. I even recently took it on holiday with me to Greece, and I'm so glad I did. It took sunbathing to a whole new level! I've bought Kooli for my boys too now and they love it.

I couldn't see how the Kooli would work at first but so glad I purchased these for my sons, they work a treat.
Brilliant idea, wish we had them in our lives sooner! Now we can't live without them in our house. If you have sons who get hot and sweaty like mine do at night these are a must!

Bought kooli few weeks ago honestly what a amazing concept and product. I’m always feeling hot at work and I have been using kooli really cools me down and the coolness really last for hours. This product is so manufactured to. I love kooli and I would suggest this product to everyone
