Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, and poor quality product (extremely cheap looking) which looked nothing like the photos advertised. As per another reviewer I also found the lead times on the website very misleading .. the 2-4 days shipping is (as I was told rudely “we don’t just have them here! We’re not a factory. They have to be manufactured first!” ) extremely misleading and in my personal experience I waited over two weeks for something that was advertised as 2-4 days. If “drop shipping” is their business model then at least give the customer this information prior to ordering and wasting time and money. Be honest and say it will take at least a couple of weeks (if at all according to other KoolKrew reviews). At no point was this clearly described during the check out process. (additional info if you do click further is that specifically “personalised orders may take 7 days for processing, which is in additional to delivery time..” So KoolKrew should state on the payment page that 2-4 days is absolutely NOT when you should be expecting to see your non personalised standard product.. add another fortnight at least, and prepare for extra hassle and cost to return due to low quality and lateness. Unacceptable ..
Also responses are hard to come by, and even the refund was painful, stating I should contact my card issuer when I queried the length of time the refund was taking. No apology, no acknowledgement of the poor quality item (or even receipt of its return) just arrogant disinterest In any customer service. (total waste of time and money). Stay away!
