All terrible experience . They charge fees to the roof for everything I had to pay thousands in fees , warranties if I want lower APR. I cancel my Gap insurance and calling every day to send me my money back. They don’t pick up the phones , mailbox full and transferring me from one phone to another second week now and calling them every single day . They power play with people , very disrespectful, dishonest, rude and try to take advantage of people any way possible. It’s the style of every person I dealt with there. The worst experience I ever had in a dealership.
