KOVI Fabrics Bewertungen

KOVI's fabric choices seem unlimited! I first ordered samples of the fabrics I was interested in, and they sent large 8"x8" squares so that you can get a real feel and look of the fabric. All the samples as well as the actual yardage I ended up ordering are of superior quality. But the added wonderful part of ordering from KOVI is their customer service! I've never experienced customer service this good! They go above and beyond to help you find and choose the perfect fabric. I received personalized service throughout the entire process of ordering samples and then ordering the fabric. And when I initially couldn't find the exact match of fabric I was looking for, I emailed them a photo of the fabric I was trying to match and Andrea (the incredible customer service rep who helped me) found me the perfect match! Prior to working with KOVI, I had spent days doing extensive research trying to find the fabric I was looking for in other fabric stores (both retail and online) with no success...I only wish I had known about KOVI before!

My favorite fabric choice was on sale and it was delivered quickly. The customer service at this company is spectacular. They were quick to refund the cost of the samples I ordered and communications was quick and outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

Fabric choices were abundant and great quality. I had a few questions and customer service was so helpful and even followed up by email later to see how our project (recovering our dining room chairs) was going. We are delighted with the outcome! Highly recommend KOVI fabrics!

Quick delivery time, great customer support, very caring people. The fabric is beautiful. I would highly recommend them others.

5 star review bc even though slight delay with USPS shipping, Andrea w Kovi Fabrics had exceptional customer service that was proactive and beyond what we see in todays marketplace. Thank you Andrea!

I ordered $40 worth of fabric samples online. I called them to confirm they received my order and was told that all but one sample was discontinued. I told them that they should've updated their website to reflect that. I asked to cancel the order and be issued a refund for non existent fabric. I was told I would receive a refund but as of today (January 16, 2025), no refund. Do not use this company unless you want to get the run around and waste money. They are sketchy at best.

My experience with Kovi Fabrics was absolutely outstanding…in all regards. They are now my go-to-source for fabric…

From the very beginning stage of “order the sample” and throughout the process… Andrea’s customer service follow up, on time deliveries…fabric arrived as expected…I can’t say enough!

I received a gorgeous fabric from Kovi for my couch. The staff were responsive and helped me with ordering. Good service overall; thanks! Neveen

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Andrea and Dirk over several weeks' engagement. They were always timely in responding and helped me calculate needed yardage, as I hadn't yet identified an upholsterer to aid me in that. The fabric arrived when expected and looks beautiful on our chair.

Great products. Even better service and follow-up!
I would highly recommend this company!

For starters, KOVI has amazing fabrics and selection. The customer service was outstanding. When I realized after receiving my bolt of fabric that the color wasn't quite right, Andrea Rivas coordinated exchanging it, even arranging for it to be picked up at my home. SO convenient! In an era where customer service is nearly a thing of the past, theirs was extremely refreshing. I highly recommend KOVI for all of your fabric and design needs.

The fabric I purchased was almost $80 less per yard on Amazon! Etsy also sells it for much less, and so did several other retailers. Kovifabric would not match the price for something that is clearly overpriced. My mistake, but do a quick image search before you buy anything here, you will probably find it for much less elsewhere.

Very pleased with my fabric and timeliness of delivery. Ordered about 7 different swatches first as I was trying to find just the right fabric. They credited me for the price of the swatches once I purchased my fabric selection. Love the fabric. Very responsive to questions. Good first experience with KOVI.

FedEx having tracked my upholstery fabric from Minnesota to SC delivered it to the wrong address. While dealing with FedEx, I contacted customer support at Kovi Fabrics (via email) and Andrea couldn't have been sweeter and more efficient. She immediately got the warehouse to send replacement fabric which arrived in three days. The fabric is of excellent quality and I am looking forward to getting my dining room chairs upholstered.

Finding upholstery fabric these days is a bit of a challenge if you are not working with an Interior Designer. Brick & mortar fabric stores with fabric inventory is just not available anymore. KOVI's online experience was excellent. I was able to order lots of samples and then apply the cost of the samples to my final fabric order. Definitely order samples! I received some surprises when I actually received the sample.....mostly with the actual fabric sheen and size of pattern. The KOVI staff are also very helpful and ready to help you find your perfect fabric.

Samples made selection a low risk proposition. The vinyl is perfect for my application and I am excited to reupholster my 911 with it. Great service and post-sale response from Kovi. Will buy from them again.

I received amazing customer service. Knowledgeable employees. Great selection of fabrics. Fast shipping. Best prices. As a former customer service manage they did everything right. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service, wide selection and quality product. Our dining room chair project turned out beautifully.

Lovely fabric arrived today and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the ultra suede, the efficiency of the customer service, and the care with which everything was handled. Would definitely order from KOVI Fabrics again!

I can't say enough good things about my experience, from first browsing the website, to ordering samples to ordering and receiving the final fabrics. Customer service was outstanding, both the samples and then the material came quickly and without problems. I recommend without reservation. My fabric is beautiful and exactly as described!
