Ship albums from lesser known artists which is hard to find... shipping is easy to track and my album was in the best condition. Will be ordering from them again.

As usual, prompt delivery and immaculate packaging. I have ordered a number of times from Kpop Moon, and have always been really impressed with the wide selection of products, the organisation of the website, and the careful packaging and prompt shipping of my orders. From lightsticks to OST albums to the latest SHinee releases, we have always had a good experience. The one time there was some delay (due to the supply end in Korea) we were promptly informed and given options. I can highly recommend Kpop Moon!

It was my second order from KpopMoon and EXCUSE ME… it’s amazing! The customer service is amazing! I order TXT weverse set + one member album. After the order was made, I had to change the member for the album since it was a present for my sister and I wasn’t sure who her bias was. So, the team helped me and agreed to change the album.

Everything arrived within stated dates and the POBs were amazing 😭😭😭.

First time order and it went so well will definitely be ordering again! Quick shipping times and very reasonably priced albums, especially a good range of nugu groups. I managed to find Purple Kiss’ debut album after loosing hope on finding the album in a UK Kpop site and also having it be sealed. Kpop Moon had it available and shipped it out in no time! The sweets inclusions were also a really nice surprise!!

I have shopped lots with Kpop Moon and have had consistently excellent experiences with them. Packages ship when they say they will and arrive safely and well bubble wrapped. Any issues with orders the customer service team keep you so well up to date that you’re never left wondering what’s going on. One of my favourite places to shop for albums 💖

Absolutely love Kpop Moon!! Love their products, love the fact that they have albums directly shipped from Korea so the purchases count towards the Korean charts. They also have absolutely amazing customer service, if there is ever an unexpected delay or update on your order they immediately contact you.

As someone who leaves stuff until last minute, quite often I struggle to get the version of an album I want. Did a search and was shown this page. I didn’t know anyone personally who had used them so it was a risk but it paid off! Items were delivered within the time frame given and had no issues at all. They have a page for delivery updates which shows when it ships from Korea and then when they ship to you. Mine was dispatched in the U.K. on a Thursday and had it by the Sunday! Placed another order for myself and one for my sister so hopefully they’ll keep up being trustworthy! Would definitely recommend to anyone who asked.
