such a good company for buying kpop items!! i have bought bulk orders and smaller orders and find that they come on time and well packaged (with sweets as freebies) !! there is great communication from the owners with customers who need any help or have any issues with products and they are overall really friendly!! i find kpop moon so trustworthy and will definitely order from them again soon! <33

I accidentally put the wrong address on the order as my information got auto-filled, but I reached out abd the team was immediately able to sort out the issue for me. The album arrived safely and perfectly on time at my friend's place and she loved it!

This is my go-to store for K-pop! It's very user friendly and is always up to date with all the albums and their avaliable versions. And best of all, the store has the best customer service ever. It's always fast, efficient, and helpful.

Incredible customer service, I have purchased from them multiple times and their packaging is always very good and sent out promptly. Recently I ordered a lightstick on short notice for a concert and they went above and beyond to try and get it to me in time for the concert. This is my favourite kpop vendor and I highly recommend them.

this is my second time buying from kpop moon and once again was i very happy!! they are the only uk based kstore who stock more than two albums of my ult group, e’last, so they were already off to a good start for first impression. their customer service is immaculate, as their staff (the person i spoke to, at least) are extremely kind and welcoming even when i had a question i was quite nervous to ask and they managed to help me in the best way possible. they replied quickly to an issue i had about not being able to choose what version of the album i wanted and even apologised when they accidentally put the wrong name for the album version, which was not at all something to apologise for, but i felt appreciated as a customer for the store to even recognise something like that and let me know, which is something i think is very important. both times my order came perfectly packaged with sweets freebies and neither of the albums inside were damaged. the photocards inside of one album were both pretty badly damaged, but i can’t blame kpop moon as they didn’t pack the album!! i will most definitely be purchasing from kpop moon again in future, as i think the prices are worth it for the excellent service they give and the guarantee that they will always put their customer first, as far as i can see. if you are considering buying from them, just do it!! i was definitely glad that i did after i received my products. thank you!

Have bought from this shop many times, very reliable, reasonable shipping times and pricing, added bonus they have so many albums in stock you wouldnt usually find i.e. loona albums. Very highly recommend.

Also if you buy a few albums they give you sweets which is vv nice :)

Fantastic shop, always really helpful and willing to try and get the best items for the customers in terms of pobs. One of the first places I check for new releases
