3rd time flying into AZ since I’ve had my ring 2012 and I fly in just to get ring checked cleaned. This is the best service I’ve had in the 3x I have came out. Ryan was exceptional via phone or email to accommodate me to fit me in for a quick turnaround when I’m there.
All the other staff was over the top friendly to us and made us feel so welcome and in great hands with my rings.
And my ring looks so beautiful only complaint is that I wished you were in Canada to make it easier for me to get it checked more than 2-3 yrs apart.

The whole process was very smooth thanks to your team with Tyler and Ryan corresponding with me throughout the order, the change to a specialized order request, the design of the specialized order and the completion of the ring. All the steps were handled with professionalism and creativity. I was impressed at all levels of my interactions with all members of the staff at Krikawa. Most notably Sandrine, my initial contact and go to for all my questions and guidance, and Lisa Krikawa, who with Sandrine helped turn my ideas into a quick sketch of what would become the beautiful custom engagement ring for my now fiance.

Krikawa's designs are unique to the jewelry world, as is their customer service. They went out of their way to create and ship me one of their most unique designs I've ever seen (swirl scaffolding) ahead of time.

The staff are excellent and the attention to detail is second to none. Our ring came back from design below their standards and they didn't even let us see it, they sent it right back to have it redone and had it back quicker than they said they would. They have made lifetime customers out of us for sure.
