We can't recommend Christian Lingard at Key Solutions Mortgages highly enough. It was really clear from the start Christian really put our interess first, unlike some previous brokers I'd worked with who were just going through the motions of finding a product and taking a fee.

We worked with Christian at a difficult time - mortgage market was moving very fast after US invasion of Iran and products were being pulled daily. This meant there was pressure to act quickly but make the right long-term decision - so Christian's calm, knowledgeable and strategic approach made an enormous difference.
We had a complex situation - buying a Grade II listed building with outbuildings and planning permissions for potential change of use that not every broker would know how to navigate. We also had early redemption charges to factor in from our existing mortgage. Christian helped us with a Plan A and Plan B approach which gave us options and we weren't left feeling exposed if one route didn't work.

Christian also showed us complete integrity: completely transparent about fees, how he is remunerated, and he remained absolutely consistent on that throughout - even as our situation evolved and became considerably more complex than it appeared at the start.
