Scam Business- won’t receive product
I placed an order on 5/12 for a blow dryer and received an email receipt, but it did not list the item purchased, only a generic payment receipt showing the amount charged. The company's website stated an estimated shipping time of 7 days, but I received no updates regarding my order.
On 5/29, after hearing nothing, I emailed customer service. I was told that most orders ship within 3–10 business days, though processing can take up to 10–15 business days due to high order volume. They also stated that my order was scheduled to ship that day or the next day, and then later indicated it would ship at the beginning of the following week. Based on those representations, I should have received my order by approximately 6/8 at the latest.
When I followed up again on 6/19 to request an update, I received no response at all. At this point, I still have not received my order or any shipping confirmation.
Unfortunately, I wish I had read other customer reviews before placing my order. Due to the lack of communication, missed shipping estimates, and failure to respond to follow-up inquiries, I have now been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
