KuKirin has officially changed the game. After getting my hands on the G4 and putting it to the test, I can say one thing: this company builds absolute "tanks" for the road. They offer raw power and speed that you simply won't find anywhere else at this price point.

Perfect service

It was amazing, Im the same person that left a bad review because I had problems with the m4 pro but when they replied to my emails they solved the email asap and sent the order right away and for my region shipping was 7-12 days it arrived in 6 days. Scooter was amazing and felt good and was already 50% charged. For a scooter or a bike you shouldnt keep it in a box to ship at 100% so companies keep it at 40-60%. The scooter felt amazing and I loved it.

They put the m4 pro in stock then when I payed and finished they told me it wasnt in stock and told me to pay 60$ extra to recieve an upgraded version but it was too fast and dangerous so I told them I wasnt happy and will be leaving a bad review and that I wanted the m4 pro. They then started ignoring all my emails (4 emails across 2 days). Then they ignored all my emails and didnt reply and now I have paid 500$ and recieved nothing. Yesterday I sent them an email about swapping the m4 pro for the g2 pro because it was in stock for the same price and they still didnt reply. Im fed up with this service and I was looking forward to ordering a Wish 02 Pro from this store but not anymore.

I liked ordering from kukirin because it was very easy and like good they have great customer service they helped me so much and made everything so much easier for me

Absolutely horrible experience. I paid £570 for an Ienyrid ES1, 2 days after taking payment I was told they didn't have this scooter in stock, and they wanted me to pay an additional £110 for a different scooter with similar specs. After 2 days of back and forth via email, i was then informed that they don't even deliver to my address in the first place.
So not only did they take payment for an item that they could not provide, they then asked for extra money, only to end up telling me they dont even deliver to my address.
I wouldn't advise anyone to order from this company and would reccomend you use a local store, or at least a website with a customer support team you can call.
I have canceled my order now which i had to do via email with their customer service team and am waiting to receive a refund

I ordered and paid more than 1 week ago. I still haven’t gotten a confirmation email that the order was received or that the scooter has been shipped. I emailed last week to follow up and asked if my order was received. Never got a reply. If I don’t hear something soon, I will call my credit card company and stop the transaction

So I just ordered a kukirin g2 and it didn’t say anything it just payed money and the email didn’t even come.idk is this legit bc on the other websites it says like “Thanks for purchase!” But here,nothing.
