I always ordered Mont Blanc coffee and the taste always consistently good
And the staffs always friendly and welcoming 😊

A regular customer for their brewhouse. Love their Banana Matcha and Egg Tarts. Great service and really friendly staff. Love the place overall :))

Kumo Dessert never disappoints! We are regular customers, and whenever we’re in Melbourne CBD, we always try to stop by for their amazing soufflé pancakes. The Nutella pancakes are absolutely incredible—light, fluffy, perfectly cooked, and generously topped with delicious Nutella. Every visit is consistently excellent, and the quality never drops. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for the best Japanese soufflé pancakes in Melbourne, Kumo Dessert is a must-visit. We can’t wait to come back again!

Very good desserts, I always come back

Great customer service and the best soufflé pancakes. Always grateful to be remembered by staff. We will always be coming back!

I always get the egg tart without drink once or twice a week then last time i visit I asked simple question, do you still give one free egg tart when order the drink, she said “no” with judgement hesitate look, so i said oh i remember you guys used to do it. Then she said ‘we only do it 5 days when we started selling the egg tart’ with judgement attitude. Correct me then, cuz I remember you guys did the whole month even longer than that cuz I had been regular during some period of time i tried every matcha on the menu i just dont like it much, but I heard about your hojicha menu so i just asked politely with the smile and i was very friendly but with the answer and the facial expressions from the staff, i’d not going back since my last visit lol

Best custom drinks - the banana matcha is a favourite. Egg tarts are delicious. I’m a regular on my way to and from the office! The staff light up my day :)

Always delicious and fluffy! Great service and never rushed even if there’s a long line outside! They also have a rewards system!

Every dine in experience was really great! Will definitely come back 😊

Their drink variety is unique. One of their foh staff, Gracia, is a friendly and thoughtful staff that she asked my name if it's a K or C in Katherine which made me felt really happy. Their kitchen staffs are also very nice and make good drinks with care and love.

Amazing like always! Huge shoutout to the amazing staff.

Amazing service especially the warm welcome by Gracie and her colleagues. Pancakes always brilliant

A usual spot me and my friends go to catch up. Pancakes always taste good and service is great! Depending on when you go there can be a line, but happy to wait a little bit.
