Excellent remedy and follow-up
Good follow-up with a problem with a shoe shipment (wrong color). As it turned out a smaller width would probably have been better suited for me (for this shoe). Customer support (via email) was excellent; answered all questions and provide helpful (detail responses on return process (via FedEx)). Return at FedEx was good. KURU shipped out a new shoe (with changes requested).

You changed an excellent shoe and made it unwearable for me, I have been purchasing the quantum for years due to its comfort and how it helped my Plantar fasciitis. The new design squeezes my toes and left callouses and was painful to wear even with the same shoe size. Because of this I unfortunately will not be making another purchase.

It is completely understandable to feel frustrated when a shoe that previously helped with your plantar fasciitis no longer feels comfortable, especially after being a long-time Quantum wearer. Toe pressure and new calluses are not the experience we want for you, and I hear how painful and discouraging that has been.
While design updates can sometimes change how a style fits, your comfort should always come first, and we truly do not want you to feel like you have to walk away from us because one style is not working anymore.
