Best brand ever! Every product I’ve bought fits perfectly and adapts naturally to my body. The quality of the fabrics is soft, durable, and luxurious. The speedos and underwear feel like they were made for me. I’ve never found anything that combines fit, comfort, and style so seamlessly.

I have ordered from KVRT STVFF three times and it doesn’t accept returns for an item that was on sale. It’s ridiculous policy, the sizing is off and what am I supposed to do with an item that I can’t wear? Disingenuous brand. I do not recommend this brand to anyone

First time I feel like I have been scammed by online store. I was exited to receive my order of several different underwear and expected good materials and premium at this pricepoint. I was wrong. They indeed say that that the prototypes of the designs are made in their studio in Bracelona but the final product is MADE IN CHINA. The cheapest feeling underwear I have ever seen. The seams are not straight, loose threads and they do not even fit properly. They propably will fall apart in the first wash. Huge disappointment.

I tried to use a discount code provided by KVRT STVFF, but it didn’t work due to an issue on their side. I contacted them immediately, expecting a straightforward fix — either apply the discount retrospectively or refund the difference. Instead, I received a dismissive response stating they “can’t apply a discount after an order is placed” due to their processes.

Let’s be clear: the problem was on their end, yet I’m the one left paying full price with no compensation. Their only solution? Telling me the code now works and I can maybe use it in the future — assuming I ever choose to shop with them again, which is highly unlikely.

Customer service was robotic and unhelpful, offering no real resolution, no goodwill gesture, and certainly no accountability.

Very poor experience — would not recommend.

Their products are absolutely overpriced.
If you own a quite number of speedos, you instantly feel Kvrt Stvff speedos are cheap-made.
Their branding is attracting with handsome men, but you question if it's really worth the price...

I am really disappointed with the service from KVRT. I never received my order, which was worth around 200€. They delivered my order to the wrong address, admitted it, and then later changed their mind (I have all the screenshots). It’s been incredibly frustrating dealing with this company, especially the customer support, which hasn’t been helpful or truthful in addressing the issue. On top of that, this whole situation could be a violation of my privacy, given the personal information involved (name, surname, address, phone number, and products that could reveal my sexuality). I asked for redelivery or a refund, but they refused. I have sent a GDPR request to their email, and I will not let this situation go unresolved. Be careful with them!

I ordered a few pieces of their underwear and swimwear.
Firstly, for the premium price point that they are charging, these products were MADE IN CHINA and their workmanship was horrible with poorly done stitching, loose threads, uneven cuts and rough finishing. Very lousily and cheaply made, which is clearly a testament to their cheap China-made products that they are charging an arm and leg for with their misleading advertisements!
Next, some of the underwear pieces I had received had dirt marks, stains and ink marks on them. Absolutely no quality control!
Lastly, when I contacted their customer service to complain about the stain problem, I was only told to try to wash them away. A free refund was not possible as they would have deemed it as a "change of mind" and not a "defective product". This company is truly a sham with absolutely horrid customer service!
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM, THEY ARE CHEATERS!

Horrible quality, nothing like the photos and won’t let you return half the products which is ridiculous.

Possibly the worst underwear quality I have ever experienced. Shop elsewhere, this looks nothing like in the pictures. Cheap paper packaging (one was already opened when I have received the order), synthetic feel, scruffy stitching, and totally off sizing without the possibility of returning the product (underwear and socks). Everything is made in China, not in Europe - this was shocking to me, considering the price level! Hugely disappointing…

Kvrt Stvff has the worst customer service! They sent a defective product with snagged stitching and poor workmanship, and when a complaint was raised with them with supporting photos, they refused to acknowledge the QC defects and claim that it was expected and acceptable from production variances. Their customer service is essentially a fraud because they barbarically claim that they are correct in spite of photographic evidence. Furthermore, because they unilaterally and barbarically denied any QC issues, they refused to allow for a return without charging shipping and restocking fee.
This company is a fraud - they send inferior and defective goods and insists all is well without providing any acceptable remedy to the problem.
Patronise at your own risk or peril!

Returning a piece of clothing if it doesn't fit will leave you with an extra 15€ shipping cost plus additional (in my case 36€) customs taxes. I would not recommend unless you’re sure you wont have to return the item.

The designs are fabulous, the photos as well. The cuts are very well thought out and they fit perfevtly (tried multiple completely different cuts and different kinds: swimwear, briefs, jocks, other kind of briefs).

However, they don't last at all and the material qualityis unfortunately rubbish. After about 7-8 months in, while I wore all of them occasionaly, they started to rip at some places, the colours faded, the „written signs“ fell off.

I mean, instagram is full of it, but basically it doesn't even endure a year of basic usage. I won't be spending the money for a planet-polluting product, that doesn't have any quality next time.

Ingen sammenhæng mellem kvalitet og pris. Meget dyre underbukser, der gik i stykker anden gang, jeg havde dem på. Det synes firmaet var ok!?!
