Great service, Quality products
I cannot say enough good things about KXKshop.com. Their service is first rate and the quality of their products is superb. I happened upon an ad for their site online and decided to take a chance.
Many times in the past, I've tried to find a personalized jersey, varsity jacket, or something similar, and been daunted by the cost. It seemed to always come down to a required bulk order for an entire sports team, or an exorbitant amount for a single custom item.
Not so with KXK! You want a single pink men's baseball jersey with rainbow piping and your nickname splashed across the front with high-quality stitching? You got it. (And I have one!) That order started at only $19.99 before I started including some of the numerous extras they offer. Compare that to some shops that may charge hundreds for similar items and designs!
In the last month, I have ordered from KXK three times and have been delighted each time. Three distinctly unique jerseys made to my specifications. I'm thinking about investing in one of their varsity-style jackets next.
The old saying, "They're good people. They'll treat you right." applies quite nicely to the folks at KXK. Their work will not only meet expectations, they'll exceed them.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered pants as “gold stripe” and they sent yellow. Asked for my money back on unopened package told me it was a custom order after mulitple messages and pictures waisting my time. Not a good business to deal with after advertising returns were possible. Do not shop here. Go to amazon. This place is a joke

Painful/Impossible Returns process: I ordered two pairs of plain baseball…
I ordered two pairs of plain baseball knickers (no design on the pants and zero customizations) for my 14 year old son. They are too big and I simply wish to return them. Per KXK’s request, I have provided photos of the pants straight out of the packaging. I am now on round two of them asking me to tape measure the pants and take more photos to prove they made them wrong. I never said they made them wrong. I just want to return them. It’s ridiculous. My read is that they will keep throwing road blocks at me until I decide not to return them.

Fast delivery on custom and reg template orders
It was even faster then the first few times that i placed a order from you. The custom shirts usually took longer but this time it did not in and it came with the other shirts that I ordered. The only complaint that I would have is the discount code that I arranged with you still does not function and I bought at least six shirts from you guys where I did not get that discount off. I am the person made the logo for my customized group.

More than exceeded my expectations
My daughter's dance team ordered custom jerseys from another company, but that company had horrible reviews and I was worried that our order wouldn't arrive on time. Instead, I sent kxkshop a photo of what we needed and told them about our short deadline. They created custom jerseys in 2 days and with rush shipping they arrived even earlier than I expected. They turned out so cute! If you have any questions, email support - they go out of their way to get you what you need, when you need it. I'll admit, I was surprised that the jerseys were such great quality and that they arrived from China in just a few days!
