Digital Inspiration provided a super fast response and exceeded my expectations for my billing problem! Five-star customer service.

I found on this site a wealth of information that allowed me to make the most of the possibilities offered by Google, it allowed me to be more optimal in my business. I recommend this site.

We used the File Upload Form to run a competition for our football club and found it simple to use and a great way to engage our members. The set up was easy and integrated with our Google Drive. We did contact them with an enquiry and received a very prompt response, which is always appreciated.

I never used it, but now I found out that it's 3 months that I'm paying 29€/ month.
They answered promptly and deactivated my subscription.

The subscription process is quite a trap.

I subscribed for 1 year "File Upload Forms", the performance is too weak, support doesn't respond at all. I'll try get refund via PayPal.

Payments in app are not clear.

Have asked for a refund as was charged annually. Terrible customer service, just get links back and no answers.

I bought annual subscription for google sheet auto email, but everything was in vain.
They are not reply and not refunding.

I work for a non-profit college access program serving low-income students. I wanted to use their add-on for Google Sheets Mail Merge only. Their pricing is very misleading as it says it's only $3.25 per month. So I chose that option, only wanting to use it one time. However, it is really $19.95 per month if you choose to be billed monthly instead of annually, and I did not see that price until after the payment went through. I immediately contacted customer service via email and they were prompt in canceling my subscription and said my refund had been processed. However, there was never any refund processed. Since then, over the course of a month, I have reached out 5+ times through email and their online customer service form, and have had zero help. All they said they do not understand why I want a refund, then continued to not respond to my emails, even after explaining all of the above.

If you need to do Mail Merge with Google Sheets, you DO NOT need to purchase their membership to use it AND there are other businesses out there that can do the exact same thing without charging you and with much better customer service.

Had my company buy this product because it seems to have a lot of features we needed. It doesn't work, and I have received zero support. My request for a refund was ignored. Have messaged the developer and he does not answer back with anything other than links to his support docs, which do not help. Very embarrassing for me, and for the developer.

Paid for the full version of email studio, didn't receive an activation code and then didn't receive any response to emails asking for one. Scammer, don't touch with a barge pole.

Purchased the YouTube Uploader product, it didn't work out of the box & apart from one initial email, I've received zero support. The product is still non-functional. Extremely disappointing, steer clear of this service.

People previously writing about "support", don't know what they think. There is already a tool for what you can use, so USE IT.
If you need support, develop something extra, I guess you should pay extra. I am saying this as a developer, and not because I would defend. I am using labnol's service with easy, and helps me a lot (using mostly e-mail draft copying, works like a charm). Price is very low by the way, so don't complain.

The product that we purchased is extremely useful. However, when we attempted to obtain support for the product, we received nothing! We have had an open support ticket since May. I've contacted support via the website and via email, with no reply and no assistance whatsoever. As a result we are unable to use the product we purchased which is SUPER disappointing.

Overall, would NOT recommend purchasing from Digital Inspiration.
