BIG TIME SCAM ALERT!
Do NOT order from Labuboxes. They are not real!! I placed my order on July 26 and kept getting notifications saying it was on its way until all the sudden the tracking info was “lost”. Customer service responds at first and then completely ghosts you!!! I kept bugging them and after 2 months I just received my package yesterday. Boxes completely destroyed and what’s worse, they are FAKES!!! Completely disappointed as they advertise as 100% authentic. Buyer beware!!!!

I ordered one. Unfortunately I sent it to the wrong address. Shortly after I emailed them and they were able to change the shipping address. After reading your reviews I assumed I got a fake. However, after my extensive research I did in fact receive a real one with an Authenticator card and all. It’s perfect! The only reason I have it a four star is because it took some time to receive it.

They sold me a labubu as authentic. I get it in the mail almost a month later. Come to find out after research it's a fake. This company scammed me with a lafufu . I'll never buy again from labuboxes.com, sincerely Randolf M.

Scam!!! The items either don’t turn up or when they do they are not authentic labubus!!!
I ordered 3 boxes (without researching, silly me🤣) and only 1 turned up, completely fake and duplicate colours so not even what is meant to come either!
Dispute with bank and get refunds!!

I unfortunately didn’t check before ordering this item which I usually do. I ordered on Aug 2nd there has been no update with them apart from 1 email telling me about supply’s and infrastructure which I thought that was the problem not the customer. I asked them to cancel the item and refund the money they said they couldn’t. I told them to cancel and if the state that desperate for money they can keep the £22.00. I ended up going to London to pick up a genuine Labubu for my nieces 4th bday. I have contacted Trading Standards here in the UK and the fraud team. They are not registered with companies house which shipping possible counterfeit products to the UK. I have contacted an attorney who I know in the USA to see if they can locate this company and file a lawsuit. The money is not important it’s the lies. They offered me 25% discount on my next order. I thought you are having a laugh. I hope they can sleep at night they are no better than these scammers that contact the general public to steal their life savings. I am needing a liver transplant and this was making me worse but I won’t let these individuals make me feel bad.

Ordered 3 labubus in June. Its August now and it still has not arrived. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand. They were very good at emailing initially when asked where my parcel was however all communication has stopped now. Im not sure how I will get my money back but AVOID this website. I have already reported the website as they are deceiving people.

I bought a labubu doll from Labuboxes that was overpriced and described as 100% genuine.
When it was delivered the box was in very poor condition and not even a good fake.
I emailed asking for a return address for a refund, as there was no delivery slip with the doll.
To my first email I had a reply, but have been completely ignored since asking to return the item.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE REALLY BAD FAKES.!!!!!

I don’t know why labuboxes.com is allowd to advertise on their site that they are “100%authentic” and “genuine”. That is SO wrong and should be shut down for that! Deliberately deceiving customers.

My laFUFU is a good fake.. I will say that. But sounds like I got LUCKY as others have received monstrosities.
Since ordering from them I’ve educated myself on the ways to tell a GOOD fake from a genuine one. Mainly look for that holographic sticker and a legit QR code.
Honestly gonna look into reporting them to the BBB.

This is a very manipulative dangerous site. The whole thing is a scam. Firstly they take 2 weeks plus to deliver. Meanwhile they send u an email saying to send them an email if u hv concerns the email is fake. Then the item is delivered its 100% fake and there is nothing you can do as there is no one or site or email to get a refund or even get in contact. Taking advantage of children is the worst crime a human can do and they are the worst kind. Be careful and absolutely close the page as soon as Labu Box or anything to do with it comes on comes on.

It’s FAKE!! We opened the goods today and they are not legitinamte, one tag had Pop Mabt on it, the head is wonky on one and the material and finish is tacky.
I was so keen to get hold of one for my daughter’s birthday I made the purchase and read the reviews after. I tried to cancel the transaction with my bank as it was in pending but it was too late. Labu know this as the confirmation email and shipping information come through very quickly and as the retailer was interacting I had to take it up with them.
Anyway, from that point (4 weeks ago) I wasn’t optimistic and today had it confirmed. Don’t waste £70 like me.

Poor quality fake items. I would avoid at all costs. I should have looked at reviews before ordering, but I was stupid and only looked after getting my item. I ordered 3 Coca Cola editions. They arrived in poor packaging with each box completely crushed. As it turns out this didn’t even matters as they are poor quality fakes.

Don’t waste your money or time ordering from them. If you want cheap rip offs you can easily find them down the high street.

The ones that arrived are smaller than the originals and flimsy. Also the QR codes don’t work for them.

Please do not waste your time purchasing from this website! Their products are counterfeit fakes! I used legit app to authenticate after I was suspicious and my intuition was unfortunately right.

Ordered 2 labubus about 2 weeks ago. Received the same "tariff" email and sorry for the delay, tried to respond but wouldn't go thru and I stillhave not received my order. Scam website! Beware! My Kids were so excited to be getting a labubub but not sure if I will. I will report this website, if I dont receive what I paid for!
