Ordered on the 14th of November. Did not get a confirmation email. Could not reach them by phone either for a confirmation. Will wait and see whether the 4 pairs of NB 574 laces I ordered will arrive by the end of the week or not!

I tried to return my order after it turned out that the laces did not match by requesting the return form which has to be filled out. However, to this day I have not received any answer to my email!

Customer service seems either nonexistant or unavailable!

Orderd two pair of laces two weeks ago and paid next day delivery

No laces, delivered, no confirmation email but very quick to take my money. DON’T USE THIS SCAM website

No Laces.
No one answers the phone.
No response to e-mails.
Scam.

Thought after reading reviews I'd been done over but they've arrived. Took a while but the laces are spot on.

When the order didn’t turn up on time I checked reviews and thought I was scammed. Raised a PayPal complaint for them only to turn up later that day. I received a message explaining that they ship a high volume of orders so it’s impossible for them to reply straight away.
Item came and was a perfect match so I thought I would leave a review since there are so many claiming it to be a scam which it turned out to not to be.

Two weeks after ordering- still no laces and no one answers the phone. I have texted but after an initial response still don’t have the laces! They were however quick to take money from my account!!!
DO NOT use this Company- clearly a scam

I recently placed an order with LacesMatched, then read the reviews on here. I was a little annoyed with myself for not reviewing the company first, and was not expecting to receive the order. However, to my surprise, 2 days later the laces arrived!

Avoid company they will not shop your order

Ordered replacement Nike air 97 replacement laces which arrived unlike many reviews I’ve now read so I guess I am lucky there! Unfortunately they are terrible. They are black round laces which I ordered however the inside of the lace is white?! So when they are tied up you can see the white insides bulging out. On full black trainers these laces look trash. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website I wish I checked here first. Better quality laces in the £1 shop and I paid almost £8 for these cheap laces. The worst bit is I chucked away the original laces and it was only the end plastics that were worn. I mistakenly thought this company looked genuine. Disgusted. Do not use.

Payed 2 weeks ago no laces , no answer to email, no answer on the phone . PayPal case raised .

Scam company who take your money and don't send the goods or reply to emails!! Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this company , it is a scam. The laces are advertised for Adidas or Nike etc but when you order them they are nothing like the picture, they ignore all emails or calls/txts when you try to get a refund.
They are cheap flat laces , nothing like what you order, they use pictures of brand trainers to make you think that's what you are getting .

Ordered laces for Adidas Tubular shadows trainers in black. Laces that arrived we’re nothing like pictured on the website. The laces are meant to be round but I received a set of flat black laces that you could pick up in any supermarket. Several emails sent but no response. Bunch of scam artists

I placed order for laces on 22 February. Today is 3rd of April . I’ve never received my order. I sent many messages asking for a refund but never received any response or my money

Was looking for replacement laces for Adidas Gazelle. These were described as 'Adidas Gazelle Laces' and are nothing like the originals. Cheap, thick laces that you can get elsewhere for half the price. Cannot recommend.

Currently 18 days since order and no laces or communication. Very poor and now got claim cash and re-order very disappointed

Sent me the wrong colour. I’ve tried to contact them but no luck.
