I placed two orders on the release date (March 3) for the MSS collection because I quickly realized the items in the marketing campaign were a different color than what's on the website. A week after placing the order, I inquired about the timing for shipment. The second order was going to be shipped that weekend, with the item arriving on March 17. After no response about the first order, I inquired again two weeks later and they said they were still processing the order. After receiving my first package, I tried the items on and it was as if they resewed an old cotton t-shirt into leggings. Similarly with the matching sports bra, there was no support and the lower seam unraveled as I tried it on. The first order still hadn't shipped by March 19 so I cancelled it. The immensely long processing time combined with the items being a different color than expected made for a poor experience.

half of my order was shipped correctly but was sent wrong size for an item. still waiting to hear back if i can get the size i requested.

Update: LA collective ignored my emails for a week requesting details on why shipping was delayed, and also asking for a cancellation / refund. They ignored these emails for a week and instead shipped my order yesterday. They finally responded to my email saying there was nothing they can do. Do not order from this company.

My order has not shipped after almost 3 weeks, with limited explanation from the company. I still don’t know if or when my order will arrive, and I don’t recommend ordering from this company. I have now asked for a refund/order to be cancelled and they have stopped responding to my emails.

Love it.....will always buy again

Every time I try to order from this site I am later informed that the items I ordered are sold out. Ok, then why were they not indicated as such on the website? When I finally get lucky enough to order something that is actually in stock, it takes over a month to be shipped. Every item I have ordered has lost its sewn on brand emblem after the first wash (I always wash activewear in cold and dry on delicate). I am just constantly disappointed by this company. Items are far overpriced for the service and quality that you receive.

I have ordered three pieces but I ve received only two. I was waiting for a long time and I m so disappointed because I paid for three.

The follow up after I placed my order was not very reassuring.

I received one confirmation email saying my order had been placed, but since that day almost over a week ago, there has been no communication and no way to check the status of my order, which does not provide me any peace of mind that I will be receiving the items I paid for.

The confirmation email does not provide any tracking number or status of my order, which you would expect to see so that you know your order is being worked on.

Very disappointed in the service this far and am very hesitant to order again because of the lack of information and lack of accessibility to receive information.

Didn’t ship me my leggings and didn’t give me my money back. Never again

I ordered my first shipment from them when it was Touché LA a little over 2 years ago... never got my shipment, never got responses, and never even got my money back! We really wanted to carry the brand. I tried multiple times just to use the money towards a new shipment and still nothing. It’s was only a 1200-1400 dollar shipment, but that has never happened with ANY designer we have ever carried. The lack of respect for me a wholesaler and a business was unbelievable. I have nothing but amazing things to say about every designer we have carried. This truly was shocking.

Worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. You guys lied to me twice about why my order hadn’t shipped yet (outing yourself in your lies) and then you had to refund my bill after fücking up my order so badly. Don’t sell stock you don’t have and then lie to your customers. If you want to do preorders, then just do fücking preorders. I’m still working on making a YouTube video to warn people about Alexis Ren and LA Collective. If there’s anything you’d like to say to repair the damage you’ve done, I’m all ears.

I ordered the Morgan Stewart sport set and it was delayed shipping for months. Every time I reached out to customer service they said they could give me a 20% off my next purchase and nothing else. (This was all the way back in summer/fall of 2019). Finally after countless inquires about my order, they offered to select a different style to exchange. The different style was nothing like what I ordered and when it finally arrived it fit like complete garbage. I will never order from this site again.

Never received my order. It’s been a month.

I ordered two pairs of workout sets 2 months ago or have yet to receive my package with no ship date in sight.

Super impressed with fast shipping! Bought the tangerine bundle and love the leggings but the top is not for the big chested or anyone who needs support. I have big boobs... typically a 34DD... after having child things have deflated a little and am now a saggy 32DDD. This bra only comes in M/L and it’s cute and soft and flexible but just doesn’t have support.

Completely unimpressed with the clothing, outlandish prices for cheap, lackluster products.
